This is a charming small hotel. Though dated, rooms are cozy and bathrooms are acceptable. Staff were always helpful. The dining, breakfast area is a charming room. Food was outstanding. Parking was 10 minute walk, but it was up stairs and down stairs, expensive of course…but safe and very convenient by city standards. Old city area of Zurich is a very special place!

While in Zurich, I enjoy staying at Hotel Kindli. It's an outstanding property and right in the center of downtown. It is a five-minute walk to the famous Bahnhofstrasse and about the same distance to the Limmatquai and the Niederdorf. Easy tram transportation to anywhere in Zurich. So quiet and comfortable.

This hotel is in such a unique location, right in the middle of everything but off of the main road. The breakfast was AMAZING! We truly enjoyed our time here, almost felt like you were staying at someone's house.

The Kindli Hotel was in the perfect location for us to be able to walk to everything we wanted to see or do. The longest walk was within 25 minutes. The hotel and restaurant staff made us feel like it was home away from home almost immediately. Wonderful time!

This hotel was one of our best surprises while in Europe. Impeccably clean, perfectly located, and the staff are second to none. We stayed in five star hotels that did not hold a candle to this place. If you are going to be in the area, we would highly recommend you visiting this place. The best of the best.

I love this quaint boutique hotel. This was my second stay there. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. It is more like staying in someone’s home. And, oh my, the beds are delightful and so comfortable.

Boutique Hotel
Great location. This hotel has an excellent Swiss Restaurant - make sure to reserve. The hotel is like a small boutique hotel - small, charming, in a great location.

Very clean. Professional, helpful staff at front desk. Breakfast and dinner in the on-site restaurant was marvelous. A delightful boutique in the heart of Old Town Zurich. Many amenities,e.g. bottled water, fresh fruit, coffee, tea always available in the lobby.

This was our second time at the Kindli. Awesome boutique hotel in a great location. Getting there can be a little tricky as it is right in the old part of town and the roads are VERY tight. Some GPS systems might get confused- ours did the first time but we knew where to go the second time around.

Convenient Location n Central Zurich
Pleasant and comfortable experience with only negative being the variable water temperature in the shower. Apart from that, the hotel was very good for me, being centrally located close to finance district, restuarants and bars
