Next to train station 5 mins walk Free shuttle to airport, very convinient. Super nice restaurant right inside the hotel

Location: Not the greatest location, but then why leave when you and eat and drink their
From the minute you walk through the front door everything is wonderful The greeting by the staff, the VERY comfortable, clean, well appointed room makes all your first impressions good. Later we had great wine at the bar, but the most surprising thing was the five star food they served in the restaurant. That was so unexpected. This hotel is very under rated. To me they had the best service of all the hotels we stayed in and the facility was new, clean and everything you would hope for.

I have stayed there several times on business trips ,friendly hotel ,good food,free WiFi and airport shuttle + early breakfast and bar open to midnight + adjacent pizza restuarant ,all very convenient..

Pros: location
Cons: not sure if this is the "standard" in Switzerland as its my first stay but the rooms were quite sterile.
Location: Close to Kloten train station and across the street from Xerox Office.
The beds were two twins pushed together. The pillows were all fluff and soft. The room had an echo due to the high vaulted ceiling. The wifi was so-so. You could hear the people next to you through the walls.

Nice family hotel - convenient location, very clean, friendly staff. A little bit expensive but sometimes there are good discounts.

Nice Hotel close to airport and train station.

Pros: Being close to Airport and Train station as also close to Spar supermarket which opens till late as 10 PM.
Cons: Heat is a crucial factor for comfort when it is cold outside,ignore that factor and it is guaranteed that all glamour and beauty will vanish,trust me.
Location: Few coffee shops and a supermarket around,as the train station and Bus stops.
Transfer Bus is a plus and a convenience from and to Airport.Train station is around the corner and some essential shopping around it till 10PM which is not common in Zurich as stores close earlier.Hotel is clean and Quiet with fast internet computer at no charge.Our room was lacking adequate central heating,Staff supplied electric oil heater which helped, but not to the desired degree for us.

Overnight hotel stay for early flight

We were going to be flying out of Zurich in the morning, we had just flown in from Venice that evening and checked in around 9pm. We picked this hotel due to the proximity of the airport, the convenience of the free airport shuttle to and from the hotel. Which runs every 20 minutes. The staff at the front desk was very nice and personable, they even had a bowl of apples at the front desk of which we were able to have one for free. The room was very clean & accommodating, I had chipped a nail earlier, was so excited that they had a nail file in the room! The bed was comfortable, they gave us a wake up call for 4:30am.We scheduled the shuttle pick-up for 5:20am The driver was about 10 minutes late, we were still ok for a 9am departure, only a 10 to 15 minute ride to the airport. We waited for the shuttle right outside the hotel. There were no front desk people available for checkout that early in the morning the young lady at the desk in the evening said to leave the key either in our room or on the front counter. I felt more comfortable leaving the key in the room,didn't want anyone to pick up the key from the front desk & borrow the room. We felt safe the whole time. It seemed like a nice area, there were 2 restaurants right next to the hotel. Didn't use either but they had quite a few customers. The cost for the stay was excellent, for the amenities that we received, it was clean & accommodating, and very convenient to the airport.

Very helpful staff, and useful car parking spaces. I had two great meals, and the staff were very attentive.
