The best welcome I have ever received at a hotel from Mr. Schneider. Genuinely welcoming not the artificial welcome one usually gets (if that). Went out of his way to make dinner recommendations with candid and accurate assessments of the various possibilities.
great accomodation, great restaurant, fantatsic the way that there is a computer wuth internet access in every room, comfortable bed, great idea to advise clients that they clean the matresses regularly etc
staff are very friendly and helpful and facilities were very good

My wife and I, together with our 2 teenage children stayed a night at Alden suites endure from Zurich to Geneva. The front office manager was most helpful and efficient. We were given an early check in (much appreciated after a long flight) and lots of tips on where to go to get a feel for Zurich since we only have a day. She thoughtfully arranged for a maxicab to bring us to the train station when we checked out early the following morning.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was ok. Nothing to rave about. Service was a little slow, given that there were only 2 tables occupied when we were there.
We were flying out at 7 am the next day so this was a perfect place to stay that would allow that crucial, extra sleep time before we needed to leave. The room is a little small, but it is what could be expected for the location. The staff was friendly. We didn't get to try to restaurant.
