Will not stay again
Although this hotel was convenient to the train stop to get from Zürich HB, and then to the airport in the morning, I would pay a bit more to stay somewhere more comfortable next time. The beds were unbelievably hard, I have no idea how this has not been the top complaint of every review, the TV had nothing but info on all channels, and the condition of the carpet and tile was visibly old, some stains and discoloration. Check-in was very easy via kiosk, did not interact with staff, except for briefly, which was fine, and it was relatively quiet, even for being next to the airport, which was a plus. Safe and convenient stay for the price just didn’t get good sleep.

Great hotel without staying in central Zurich
By far the best hotel visited in 2023. The service was great and given the location near the airport access to and from Zurich was simple and cost effective.

Great stay as always
I've stayed here many times and as usual I was very happy with the room and service. Cleanliness this time was not great, the toilet was not cleaned properly, fortunately I had alcohol wipes with me. That was unusual though, in the past it was always spotless, a mistake can happen once. In any case, I will certainly stay here again.

Needed a place to spend the night prior to catching a flight out of Zurich airport, The Dorint had a nice bar good dinner and fed us breakfast in the morning prior to our flight, they even took us to the airport in the morning. Price was reasonable.

The stay was convenient for needing to be near the airport for an early morning flight. Clean, well run hotel with comfortable beds and rooms cleaned daily. Wasn't a fan of needing your room card to operate the elevators, especially in the case of an emergency, but minor issue overall.

It was great. The reception staff was very helpful, providing information about the shuttle service to the airport and other hotel amenities. I would definitely use it again especially if I had a early flight. The shuttle arrived early, took my luggage and helped with it at the airport.

Property had a great location close to tram and airport. Room was nice and clean with no issues. They do have some weird bedding. The comforters were like individual sleeping bags. Good hotel, and the big negative is the entire front desk staff. Any question I had seemed like I was putting them out and bothering them. Almost to the point of rude. Not one friendly or pleasant personality.

Not what expected from a 4 Star hotel
Location wise this is a great place by the Zurich airport. Easy access to town and to the train station via #10 tram that stops a block and a half away. Bedding was horrible for a 4 star hotel. Bed was made up with a top non fitted sheet that kept on slipping off the plastic cover. They only provided two single size duvets that were too hot to use as the room ac was too hot at the end of the summer. The thermostat will not allow you to lower the temperature enough for comfort. We had to order extra top sheet to cover up. Towels were of unimpressive quality for a 4 star hotel. Shower was comfortable, but towel warmer was not operational. Soap dispensers we’re both broken or did not have the correct bottles that are supposed to be used with them. The door to the room did not have an operational safety lock. The button that is supposed to prevent magnetic cards from opening the door did nothing and the chain was non existent. The hotel boasted airport transfer but it is only from airport, to go back to the airport you must pay CHF 5 per person to use shuttle. Also a minibar/fridge was offered but non existent in the room.

We had three couples traveling to Zurich. There web site clearly indicated they provide transportation from and to the airport , and that breakfast was included ,this is why we picked this hotel. The front desk advised us that we had to pay for transportation because their web site did not indicate it was free. I informed them that their web site did not indicate there was a fee for transportation which implies this is included with our stay. They also informed us that breakfast was not included and there would be a charge of $ 40 per person. The rooms were not clear, and the bathroom was disgusting.

Great place for stop over after flight.
We had a nice one night stay there. We arrived late after 6.5 hour flight and check in was efficient and friendly. We left after breakfast which was included we were very happy with what was offered and the freshness of food.
