“A Good Hotel”

The Apart hotel is a good, clean and efficient place to stay for business or leisure. With only minutes away from Zurich Airport, it was ideal for my early morning flight. The hotel minibus service was on time and I hope to stay there again when in Switzerland.

“A comfortable stay with excellent breakfast buffet”

The hotel is well situated close to the airport and a 5 minute walk from the train station into town. The free airport shuttle operates frequently and is efficient. Good quality television with many channels. A comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast buffet.

“good ,but could do better”

my only complaint about the Hotel and it is the same every time you go is the amount of time you have to wait to check in or out ! There is normally only one person on the desk and they are dealing with all guests and the phone If soemone has a problem you just have to stand and wait

“Not Impressed”

We arrived @ 23.00+ at the Zurich railway station and had to wait until after 23.30 for a courtesy car from the hotel, the Apart Hotel is an annex with the main hotel is on a hill. We had to check in the main building and were directed to Apart Hotel (the directions were totally incorrect!) We were lucking that the Portuguese driver helped us. The hotel was in darkness (you have to use the card to enter the hotel), there was no staff and no food or drink available! I would never visit the hotel again and the prices were extremely high for a DIY hotel!
