I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Our stay included breakfast so couldn't go wrong with that.
-Found good price on Expedia
-Beyond professional staff (if you need something they will do their best to accompdate)
-Dry cleaning (pricey, but option is good)
-Slow Internet (2mbps even on Ethernet)
-The bathroom humidity exhaust wasn't very efficient
-Construction going next to our room
Overall, I had a good stay. If they can upgrade their Internet to fiber optic that would be great! Fix bathroom exhaust vents. I would recommend this place to others if they find a good deal on Expedia, but not for the pricey they ask. There is other options around.
The hotel staff was very nice and able to speak fluent English. Upon arrival, my wife was offered a rose. That was a friendly gesture. The hotel was about a 5 minute walking distance from Metro station Insurgente, and the neighborhood was safe and offers many dining options. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and tidy. There were just a couple of minor complaints: 1) The smell of air freshener was a bit strong 2) The bed was a bit too soft 3) The shower head probably needed to be cleaned for hard water residue because the flow was low compared to the faucet. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely consider Hotel Century if we visit Mexico City again.
Good location for restaurants, shopping, close proximity to public transport & tourist sites. One caveat: continental breakfast was not provided even though it clearly stated that it was complimentary when booking the reservation.

It is my second stay at this hotel.
Last time I stayed at a nice and renovated room. This time it was an old room with some limitations: They installed a water pressure limiter in the bathroom, it is irritating to take a shower.
Bed is harder than usual.
Near Centro Historico, Zona Rosa pulsates with business, shopping, and nightlife. Some of the city's best restaurants, jewelers, and antique stores are found here. Its landmarks include the Mexican Stock Exchange and the 35-story Torre Mayor, next to the famous bronze Angel of Independence statue. Bustling 24 hours a day, Zona Rosa is also popular with Mexico City's gay and lesbian communities.
