The hotel staff was very nice and able to speak fluent English. Upon arrival, my wife was offered a rose. That was a friendly gesture. The hotel was about a 5 minute walking distance from Metro station Insurgente, and the neighborhood was safe and offers many dining options. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and tidy. There were just a couple of minor complaints: 1) The smell of air freshener was a bit strong 2) The bed was a bit too soft 3) The shower head probably needed to be cleaned for hard water residue because the flow was low compared to the faucet. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely consider Hotel Century if we visit Mexico City again.
Excelent budget Hotel, clean room, comfy bed, good wifi ( 20 mb download speed ). Great location!! 250 mts to the insurgentes metro and metrobus station, Zona rosa restaurants, banks, paseo de la reforma and the Angel de la independencia monument.
A place to make a home for a few days. The ease of having the kitchenette waking up to your own coffee and breakfast choice. Little parlor to share and enjoy. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The housekeeping team truly outstanding, hardworking and kind.

I believe it is a perfect balance between price and location, staff was very friendly. Bathrooms need to be updated. Internet service was poor. But I used this hotel just for a one day visit to Mexico city, so it worked for me.

The hotel is located near subway (Insurgentes) and El Angel in Reforma Avenue. Very easy to move around the city using the subway, which is clean, inexpensive and safe to use. The hotel itself is small, only 5 suites per floor. The suite consists of two separate rooms with a sofa bed in the seating area and two or one bed in the bedroom. The bathroom is small, but clean. There is a safe in the room (very handy in Mexico City) and two flat panel tv's.
Near Centro Historico, Zona Rosa pulsates with business, shopping, and nightlife. Some of the city's best restaurants, jewelers, and antique stores are found here. Its landmarks include the Mexican Stock Exchange and the 35-story Torre Mayor, next to the famous bronze Angel of Independence statue. Bustling 24 hours a day, Zona Rosa is also popular with Mexico City's gay and lesbian communities.
