Basically Nice
This is a basic hotel located about 15-20 mins walk from the historical center, so a little far. I had requested one large bed, but they gave me two single beds stuck together. This is rather common in Spain. I asked them to change my room, which they did, but the room I was put in was smoking, which I didn't care for. The room itself is fine--bed was comfortable and quiet.

Lovely peaceful very well located hotel
It was a small and quiet but lovely hotel, very well located. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and made up for a lack of language skills. Breakfast was fine, the bar was good. The room was small but adequate and comfortable, but the bathroom was still spacious and decor was great.

It was close to everything. Train,buses And all.
It was the best. Amazing. I loved the street are also. The people were very friendly. Prices were good. I think a glass of wine was cheaper than water.

Loved everything about this hotel and location. Friendly & accommodating staff. Large, clean, renovated room. Hotel 1/2 block from the tranvia. Great bar/restaurant right next door. Very reasonable price per night.

Beautiful room and great service located near the metro and bus run. The room was outstanding in the attention to detail to ensure your comfort even double glazes windows.

Ok hotel but noisy
Although the hotel facilities and general staff are nice the hotel is very noisy so bare that in mind if you sleep lightly or want to rest. To illustrate, cleaning staff shouts across the hallway in the morning, reception telephone can be heard in rooms on the first floor, no "do not disturb" signage for doors, other guests can be heard in the hallway, etc.

El trato en recepción muy bien, la habitación bien, el aire acondicionado mal, es fijo y no salía muy frío, con las temperaturas elevadas de calor en Zaragoza la habitación estaba caliente, no tiene potencia la máquina del aire acondicionado, fui con mi mascota y encontré a faltar que me pusieran algún recipiente para ponerle agua a mi perrita.

Es un hotel antiguo que necesita reforma. Como punto positivo la ubicación es muy buena. Personal amable y el precio razonable. El desayuno suficiente pero el bufé es muy escaso y poco variado.

Confortável, mas sujinho
Local muito bom. Mas o hotel foi ampliado, ocupando parte do prédio vizinho e com a não coincidência de andares, para acessar o apartamento, eu tinha de tomar um elevador, dar a volta em todo o andar e atrás de uma porta pesada corta-fogo pegar outro elevador. Um tanto assustador. Mas o quarto é excelente, enorme, com um banheiro bem grande. O pessoal é atencioso. E a limpeza é péssima. Embaixo da cama formaram-se rolos de poeira, acho que nunca foi varrido ali.

Es un hotel que por si situación y la calidad del mismo bien podría equipararse a un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Muy recomendable para aquellas personas que quieran visitar Zaragoza y ubicarse en la zona centro de la ciudad

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l'hôtel. ( couple et 1 enfant) L'hôtel est très facile à trouver car il donne sur Gran Via. Nous avons trouvé une place de parking dans la rue à proximité mais l'hôtel nous a proposé un parking souterrain à 2 pas à 10 euros par jour. La chambre était pas très grande mais cela suffisait pour y dormir. (lit d'appoint pour mon enfant) Grande salle de bain et tout très propre.

Ottima sistemazione
Centrale, ma non troppo, questo albergo ti offre un'ottima sistemazione ad un prezzo ragionevole. Situato sulla Gran Via, a tre minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Goya che è collegata alla stazione centrale Delicias dove arrivano i treni alta velocità AVE. Sempre a tre minuti c'è poi una fermata del tram col quale ti puoi spostare da una parte all'altra della città. Oppure a cinque minuti c'è fermata autobus in Paseo de Pamplona. In circa 15-20 minuti a piedi sei nel centro storico. Camera singola con letto alla francese con tutte le comodità. Un bagno molto grande con doccia idromassaggio e finestrella (il che è ormai cosa sempre più rara negli hotel). Insonorizzazione perfetta. Un frigobar strapieno di ogni ben di Dio a prezzi umani. Colazione per 8 € ottima ed abbondante con uno dei migliori caffé mai bevuti all'estero preparato da una ragazza carinissima. Chi non ama la colazione abbondante o la trova troppo cara, ha la possibilità di andare in un bel bar dall'altra parte del viale. Reception efficiente e veloce. Insomma tutto per il meglio. Una pecca: il rumore incredibile dello sciacquone (ma ho avvisato al check out e sono sicura che lo sistemeranno).

Hotel bien situé et propre. Chambre petite mais bien insonorisée et confortable. À distance de marche de la majorité des lieux touristiques à voir. Facilement accessible à partir de l'aéroport (bus qui se rend en ville, descendre au dernier arret puis marcher environ 8min)
