This by far was the best Best Western I've stayed at. It was clean and the staff was curteous. The pool was even clean and didn't have a strong chlorine smell. I don't live that far from the hotel but I will definitely go back again to get away for a day or two.

I frequent many hotels, this one tops the charts in friendliest staff... going out of their way to say hello and engaging the customers. I did get a sense from the signage posted that the hotel has had it's share of run-ins with guests who steal. So it just seemed that there was a little extra guard up in general in that respect. The rooms were comfortable, could use a lot of paint touch up. Thermostat was very confusing because it was pick a number between 1-25 to get a temperature that worked best. Turns out 21-22 was somewhere between the air conditioner turning on and the heating turning on... so yes very confusing on that one, I would definitely suggest that to be the next upgrade the hotel goes after.
Staff was VERY accommodating in arranging a room close to the entrance for guests who, while not wheelchair-users, had difficulty walking any distance. Even with a lot of young people using the pool next door, there was no problem with noise. Check-in and check-out procedures went quite smoothly. Breakfast was very good, too.
