We were comfortable, near the activities we wanted to be such as aquapark and kropowki street
The only disapointment was the fireplace which was nothing more than a 3d picture (it was one of my requirements) but that was my only mark against it, everything else was excellent:-)
A beautiful, modern hotel. I loved the decor and the atmosphere.
The hotel is located in the centre of Zakopane, close to all of the bars and restaurants.
Easy access to the ski slopes.
Despite its small size the hotel was virtually empty during our stay with only 4 guests in total.
Staff was very attentive and friendly, with the exception of one member of staff who after brining tea to our room demanded it was paid for immidiately at the reception desk. Considering the price of the tea and the fact that the hotel had all of our card details I was surprised with this unnecessary pettiness and rudness.
The hotel doesnt have a swimming pool however it offers unlimited pass to the local aqua park (10 min walk fromthe hotel)
This was a great hotel, from the room to the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all extremely helpful. My only recommendation would be to check if there is still construction going on before you book. The noise was not an issue for us (and we were right next to the site) but if you feel like sleeping past 730am you might want to check on this.
Upon arrival at Willa Labelle the staff were extremely helpful (and forgiving of my extremely poor Polish) and assisted us in getting the car to the Willa. Checking in was very smooth and we had a spacious, well equipped and very clean room to stay in. The bedding was changed once in the five days we stayed but was made up daily and the towels were changed more regularly. Everything was as I had hoped for, and got even better when it came to breakfast. There were a great selection of things to choose from and plates were kept constantly full by an ever attentive member of staff. Noise at night was to be expected due to the proximity to the main strip of Zakopane but this didn't bother us. The only downside I can think of was a rather ugly hole to the front of the hotel which in my opinion is no reason not to stay. I would go back with no hesitation and definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you want to be as close to the action of Zakopane as you can get.
