“In the heart of the city-walk everywhere”

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spare but very clean. The food was great at the hotel restaurant especially the breakfast that was included every day. Unlike American hotel buffets, you get fresh scrambled eggs not some kind of powdered contraption. There are also sunny-side-up eggs that are available without ordering specifically. Our room had a view of the square and with the VIP option you get a terrace included. You are right at the main square surrounded by the Platz, the old town(Gorni Grad), and Captol. All the main sightseeing areas are just a stroll away!

“Fantastic location”

It is right around the corner from the center city plaza and in the heart of all the out door cafes. Great staff who accommodated a change in reservation, ordered a wee hour cab to airport and packed a breakfast-to-go.

“fantastic Location!!!”

The hotel is in a great location!! You really couldn't get better if you tried!! The staff were really nice and helped with information and resources. Parking was available and is only a short 2 minute walk from the hotel. I cannot remember exactly how much it is extra per day.. something along the lines of 15 euros?? Would stay there again for sure!!

“In the heart of everything!”

The Hotel Dubrovnik can't be any more centralized. We came in on the train and it was a short walk straight up to Trg Ban J. Jelačić (the main city square). Everything is at your fingertips. From trams, to outdoor markets, to tourist info and main main sights. We had a lovely room in the new section on the 4th floor. The only thing I found wrong with it was the bed was too hard for me (but my friend liked hers). Free internet in the business center, a wonderful buffet breakfast which is included, currency exchange and guests even get 10% off in their restaurant Piccolo Mondo where we had dinner one night. The food was very good. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. I would gladly stay here again if I am ever back in Zagreb.

“Great Hotel in a great location in a great city!”

We stayed two nights at the start of our trip and one night at the end. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's located on the main city square just a few meters from the tram, the upper town, the Dolac Market, and all of the best sites in Zagreb. It was also an easy tram ride to the Stadion where we watched World Cup qualifying soccer as well as a local match. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. Room was extremely clean and comfortable and the wireless internet worked well. Easy to find by car as signs point the way, it also was not a problem to park even the the main square is pedestrian only. Highly, highly recommended.

“Enjoyed our stay”

Hotel Dubrovnik is centrally located to many restaurants and places to walk and enjoy local festivities and Zagreb life. The old hotel has modern renovations, and offers a large breakfast buffet. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

“Superb location”

I booked the hotel without realising quite how central it was. The cafe culture below is bustling, but it is not noisy. our stay was very comfortable. The breakfast is o.k., and included in the price. Also business facilties for free, which came in really useful, and a nice fitness suite.

“Ultra convenience makes it easy to expore.”

A stylish and understated, but not luxurious hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were, well, roomy. Everything was clean and well looked after. The part we stayed in was an addition to the main building and may therefore be different to the older part. Breakfast was uninspiring but adequate. The restaurant is also quite stylish, and on the opposite corner of the street is a funky bar which is well worth visiting if you like nightlife. Reception staff were attentive and helpful without being gushy. Service was efficient. The secret of the hotel is location, location, location as it is very central. Unfortunately the surrounding streets are not architectural icons, but wander over the tram tracks and there are the most characterful streets, buildings and markets to explore.
