“Great Yosemite Hotel”

We drove 450 miles from Vegas and were excited about our few days in Yosemite. When we arrived at the hotel check-in was quick and the staff helpful. Our room was right at the back of the site and after a short drive we were in our room. We loved the room we were given at it had two bedrooms so we could put the two kids in their own room. The facilities in the room were excellent and the beds lovely and comfortable. The complex was in a lovely setting. It was a great stay and we would certainly go there again. The only criticism was the chlorine in the hot tub made your eyes a bit sore. But otherwise we had a great stay. It took us about 65 minutes to get to Yosemite valley so a great hotel at a reasonable price.

“Very good hotel overall and would use again”

We enjoyed staying here as part of our fly drive. The hotel reception room was beautiful and entirely in keeping with the character of the area. The reception staff (all) were helpful once you chatted to them a bit and explained your programme? The only concern was the service at meal time were not as good as in other Best Westerns we stayed in e.g. B/W Cavalier - San Simeon. The Fish and Chips was probably a bad choice but getting seated was a problem both evening and breakfast time. Overall we liked it though.

“Lacking in cups and cutlery but very nicely situated.”

Only plastic cups in the room, no glasses or cutlery or mugs. The grounds of the hotel were very good with lots of trees and flowers surrounding the buildings. The swimming pool was small but very welcome. Good restaurant on site with friendly staff.
