I did not feel I was secure in my room as the door was too small for the opening and you could see out to the hall along the side. The door itself felt very light and not very solid. Bfst was ok.

We pulled up from a long drive to 5 police cars in the hotel parking lot, I guess there was some shooting situation and the police were searching a vehicle. Cigarette butts everywhere outside and hotel smelled, also room and pillows stunk, so had to febreeze everything twice. We booked The Victorian hotel due to it's great reviews, but it's pretty gross and will not stay there again.

You get what you pay for: entryway needing vacuuming & holiday decor replaced; ratty-edged towels that felt like sandpaper; broken hairdryer, stained shower floor, sink missing the drain stopper, thin walls letting in adjacent room sounds, BUT the mattress appeared to be new & was comfortable. Front desk attendant was pleasant & helpful.

Two story hotel with only stairs. That can be OK but I think it's important to know. Breakfast area was very well stocked! Better than a lot of 2 star hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was particularly quiet and we got a good night's sleep. The black out curtains allowed us to sleep in a little later than usual. The only minor issue I had was that I didn't realize until I got into the room that the staff issued the two of us one room key card.

NO HOT WATER
We had been packing and moving and then drove for 6 hours. We wanted a hot shower and a comfortable bed. There was no hot water when we checked at 11.30 p.m. and there was still no hot water in the morning. While the family running the place was nice, the breakfast was lacking and we went to McDonald's instead. I will not stay here again.

Do NOT stay at this place. Totally disgusting! It stunk as soon as you walk in the room. I paid extra for the "comfort suite". The shower seriously had a pothole in it and covered with a water barrier. Step in it and drop 2 inches. The shower head sprayed 30 different directions. No way is this place cleaned or sanitary. Owners/staff do not care. Read their reviews and all they do is reply with a computer generated "sorry but thanks for bringing it to our attention". Walk into one of your damn rooms one of these days and it'll get your attention!
Seriously, do NOT upgrade. You are paying extra for disgust. But if you want a nice room, stay elsewhere!

My family and I have stayed at this hotel for many years . There there are new owners they are friendly however.
I think that because I Reserved a room online for a discounted price. I got put in a room That needed a lot of attention. The shower was dirty. The floor Had hair everywhere.
Just not happy with the room in general .Rented online or in person. This room should not have been for customers.
