Very close to many food establishments and train station. The room is a bit on the smaller size. It is a bit noisy even on the 7th floor you can hear the noise from outside. Parking was not attached to hotel but very close by and cost 2,100/night. Very affordable compared to parking elsewhere. Will stay again.

I stayed in the same hotel, The Knot, in 2018. It was good so I stayed again this time before joining the cruise at Osanbashi Pier. All was good except there was construction nearby but it didn't affect us as we went out during the day. We only stayed 2 nights this time.

Lovely Hotel !
This was by far my favourite hotel I stayed in Japan ! Very cool decor, excellent food and drink and very nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff too ! Location is great - a few minutes from Yokohama Stn and plenty of shopping and good food nearby. Very reasonable rates too so it’s a good option for Tokyo too. Narita Express leave from Yokohama Stn too and The Knot kept my baggage until I needed to leave. Overall a good hotel and I saw others in Kyoto and Osaka also so a good chain. Thank you for a really stress free stay !

Second stay, just as good as the first
Stayed here in 2018 and gave it another try based on location and price. Glad we did! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well-appointed. We used the laundry facilities and partook of the free drink at the bar. Will definitely book here again when we're in Yokohama!

A vintage boutique hotel in the middle of shopping, food, and transit. Great location, lots of things to do around. Has a bar and restaurant right downstairs. The rooms looks clean, but I’m guessing the hotel was a Reno from a very old building, so there’s some stains on the carpet, and some old building features, could be a charm for someone who’s into vintage buildings.

The noise through the wall
The location is very nice. But the noise from the ventilating fan in the modular bath is terrible no matter how you are drunken. You might find it hard to believe this.You cannot stop the fan. Your ear plugs won't work even if you are not so sensitive. You can enjoy the noise through the wall all night long if you have nothing to do in the next morning. You can complain at the front desk. But they can not recognize who you are the next day. Enjoy the noise

We actually liked this place so much the first time we stayed that we came back a week later for our last night in country! Really great staff and a fantastic, retro-futurist type vibe. The rooms are larger than average and, with the exception of the carpet feeling a bit thread-bare, they were very nice. Laundry on site was a nice feature and the area around the hotel is fantastic for shopping and eating and its very near all public transportation. The restaurant on the ground floor was a huge disappointment. We had a very expensive dinner there and were very let down by all the dishes. The staff was great and everything looked and smelled amazing and, again, the space was beautiful but the food was bland and unappetizing. So much so that we were planning on breakfast since it looked great on the pictures but after the first night dinner we just avoided it. Lots of local options that are way better!

Good Value for money Hotel Teeny tiny Double room but as I was only using as a base while on business, it was fine but had there have been 2 of us sharing for a longer time, I would have struggled with the limited space. Room had no wardrobe, just a hang rail and no drawer space at all. Luggage can easily be stored under the bed. Electric sockets just above the headboard was useful for phone charging as the headboard was wide enough to place phone on. Key cards would be an added bonus as I've not stayed anywhere in recent years with actual keys.. bit of a pain but not that big a deal. Great that I could open a window in my room on the 9th floor on the left hand side of the building as you look at the main entrance however there seemed to be a meeting place for young locals just behind the hotel and at times, the noise was a bit much from them at 02:30 - 03:00. Fortunately, I was suffering the effects of jet lag anyway so I was wide awake at that time but would've been irritating otherwise. Had a meal in the Smoke Room Restaurant which was excellent. Menu could have been a little better written as I ordered the Japanese beef which was stunning but it came as just that, no accompaniments. Seems it's like a Tapas style and I should have ordered a few more "bits" to go with it. Language is a barrier but being English, we almost expect everyone to understand us, which is unfair as I couldn't even begin to start with Japanese but google translate helped :-)
