“Ideal location to visit Yellowstone”
Well run hotel in ideal location the managment run the hotel as if it where there own with some nice personal touches like early morning coffee and snack for those who wish to enter the park early to view willife. Hotel was very clean well located and maintained-within easy reach of local shops and diner's. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel and would have no hessitation in recomending to others
“Clean, courteous, convenient and congenial”
This is a staging area for going to Yellowstone, the north entrance for which is less than a mile away. The town isn't much and the Travelodge is a four story motel, bascially. But, during our entire trip through the region, including hotels in the parks and in Jackson Hole, the desk staff and the overall experience were tremendous. We even had a personalized welcome note on our bed when we arrived. Can't say the same thing for the very expensive Rustic In at Creekside in Jackson or any of the other more expensive hotels we stayed in. You will be comfortable and the service is very good. Coffee, rolls and breakfast are part of the deal, which is convenient since everyone is getting up and going to the park. This town of Gardiner is always fully booked, so make a reservation or expect to drive 50 miles before you find a bed. And, this is the place you should stay.
“Would stay again.”
All staff were friendly and helpful Location convienient for North entry to Yellowstone. Room clean and in good condition. WiFi worked well. Good light breakfast or express breakfast outside (coffee and pastries to go). They were not concerned by breakfast not being listed as included on Expedia and made it available to all guests. Good laundry and other facilities; including lift. Walking distance to eateries in the evening.
“Very friendly”
The owners and staff at Yellowstone Park North Travelodge are wonderful. They were very helpful at check in, and everyone I spoke with was friendly. The rooms were clean, the guest laundry was spacious and pleasant. They gave us good information about the town of Gardiner and Yellowstone NP. I would definitely return and reccomend this hotel to others.
“Yellowstone room”
All that you require from a hotel when visiting Yellowstone.
“Yellowstone Park North Travelodge”
The hotel is on the outskirt of the little town but conveniently located across the street from the few places that still open after 9pm. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was surprised to find a hand-written welcome card in the room. How sweet! The room is small but clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast (including potato, egg, and biscuits w/ gravy) was definitely the best free breakfast we had during the trip. I'd definitely stay there again.
“Great PLace”
This Hotel is located in a great place. Has an excellent breakfast included. Clean and modern.
“Very nice hotel convenient to Yellowstone North entrance”
Our family (parents and 3 kids 10 and under) recently stayed here during a trip to Yellowstone and were very pleased with this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice - not luxury or anything, but clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a delicious continental breakfast that fills you up before a day of adventure! The view of the mountains was breathtaking - I enjoyed eating breakfast outside while viewing the mountains. The drive to Yellowstone was literally 5 minutes - the north entrance takes you right into Mammoth Springs and is super convenient. The town offers many touristy places to shop and eat - (try the bison burger stand!!!) I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean, convenient place to stay with a staff that makes you feel like a guest in their home.
“Very nice hotel”
Very nice hotel closed to yellowstone entrance. Room was very clean and persons from the hotel were very nice. I really recommand this hotel if you want to stay near yellowstone north entrance.
“Very friendly & helpful staff”
Room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff was very helpful with lots of tips for the best wild life viewing. Location is 5 miles from the entrance to Yellowstone. It was more than I expected from a chain hotel.
