The property was hard for the taxi to find, English at the hotel was below minimum and non existent at the adjoining restaurant. That said, the rooms were clean, the staff tried hard to be helpful, but the location is remote from everything, so in the end, disappointing.

The property was good. Great for a budget hotel. Had everything you needed for a stay. No fridge and no safe but everything else was there. Quite a big room for what I was expecting. Hard to communicate with staff as none of them spoke english but they as well as us communicated through google translate or pointing. Average breakfast with basic options but was still good for 25CNY. I would stay here again as it was central, had everything we needed and was quite reasonable in price.
Very good value hotel, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Not close to the city center but there is a subway station 5min walk away. Would stay again.
I always enjoy Jinjiang Inn chain due to its cleanness and good breakfast for a reasonable price when traveling slone. This Jinjiang inn met all my expectations.
Very convenient to access to the city by MRT or buses just beside the hotel only 10 minutes of walking distance.
Location of the hotel quite good ,go to airport need to get a taxi approximates RMB 100.

Room facilities
Air-conditioning is shown in room facilities on the website but it was never available during our stay. We complained on the first day to hotel staff and they said they turn it off at 11am every night but we found it didn't work at all at ALL TIMES. I also called Expedia customer service and the staff told me there's nothing she could do. The hotel manager proactively gave us a better room which is cooler and more comfortable. We ended up borrowing a fan for the entire 5 nights stay and opened the window. It was noisy because the highway is just in front (about 200m). Wired Internet speed is slow but working. Shower has no temperature control so the water temperature fluctuates a lot between extremely cold to extremely hot. The staff must have got used to all these complaints so they can respond very fast with the greatest courtesy. We highly appreciate their help with limited resources and power. We had problem getting a taxi during rush hour one day and tried to get help from another Jinjiang hotel. An off-duty staff took us to take a bus and paid for our bus fare. She made sure we knew how to get back to our hotel before she left. I had travelled 26 countries and a lot of hotel experience but this one is really worth remembering.
poor neighborhood for western travelers, quite a ways out from everything, next to a busy intersection, required a taxi for any venturing out, nothing of interest in the vicinity of the hotel, not multi lingual as advertised, very difficult to communicate with, but nice friendly people who tried, would not stay there again due to distance from shops and tourist bits.
Just round the corner is Weiyang Lu which is the main bus and cab route to almost everywhere in Xian, the Bell Tower, the Drum tower which is adjoining the Muslim Quarter, Shaanxi History Museum, the City Wall. From Xian Railway Station, a pleasant bus (306) ride to the Terra Cotta Warrior Museum.
The hotel staff is most helpful and attentive (indeed the front desk manageress also helps in the restaurant). The restaurant is well appointed, clean and spacious. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Recommended.
On arrival at the hotel, we were informed that our room had not been paid for, when in fact, it had been paid for online in early September 2014 and we actually had a printed receipt with us. We thought we had sorted out the misunderstanding on that first night, but, on the second night, we were actually locked out of our room for the same thing. Again the issue was resolved amicably. The problem was made more difficult because the reception staff spoke very little or no English. We were very disappointed by these events and it did cloud our stay a little.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
The Hotel is good. The rooms are clean and the clean the rooms every day. The Internet is working only with LAN which are in the room. The Service is OK if you speak the lenguage. They speak only few english.
Only issue was at check-out, Expedia payment was not reflected on billing so hotel staff attempted to charge for room previiously paid to Expedia. Finally was able to clear matter up so I could make travel connections though no one spoke Englsh and of course I could not speak Chinese..
Anbefales kanskje mest for korte turer, men anbefales definitivt. Husk å ikke la deg luer til å ta en privat bil til teracottakrigerene, offentlig buss koser 7-8CNY og ansatte ved hotellet kan fortelle deg hvordan du kommer deg til bussholdeplassen. God tur!
