“Too Far”

I chose this hotel based on the map view thinking it was walkable from the train station. It is not, the location marker is wrong -- the hotel is at least a few kilometres east of where it was shown. As a result, I walked around the station area several times with all my luggage looking like an idiot. I flagged down a taxi, the first one did not even know where it was. If you want to be close to the attractions inside the walls of Xi'an, do not stay here. If the Xi'an Metro opens in the near future, it might be a more convenient place to stay The rooms have some unique touches, but as with many hotels of this type in China, the maintenance is a sloppy and there are some ragged edges. Otherwise, it is not bad value for the money.

“Good Room condition”

I like the entire room condition.It is comfortable and cozy. The space of the standard room is big, which I like very much. You may have music playing through the soundbox on the ceiling when you are taking a shower. It is not far from Jiaotong University.

“Extremely friendly staff.”

This hotel is approx 10 mins taxi journey to the centre of Xi'an and there's plenty of taxi's passing the front of the hotel. Staff are very friendly and very helpful, especially the manager who always took an interest in our well being. Would defintely stay here again.

“hotel Karson à Xi'an”

hotel très classe dans un quartier populaire. chambre superbe. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Seul défaut: la température de l'eau était difficile à régler. Mais c'est un problème courrant en Chine; même dans des hotels deux fois plus chères.
