“Ok location, needs better upkeep”
This was listed as a 5 star hotel and unfortunately it felt like a 3 star hotel. I was very unhappy with it. The bathroom smelled of mold and urine. I was bit by bedbugs the first night and the carpet was a bit sticky. The room was also situated near the main road which was VERY loud even at night. The walls were thin so we could even hear the neighbors. It was not a very comfortable stay. It was not worth the money, I highly recommend not staying here.

The hotel is on par with a 4-star to 5-star hotel in America or Europe. The location is central and convenient to anywhere you want to go.

“Perfect location”
The Grand Park Xi'an is perfectly located just outside the city wall - a short 10 minute walk to the bell tower, shopping and restaurants. The room itself was spacious and well appointed and the king size beds were the most comfortable beds that I found in China! The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful and offered great service whenever we needed something. The breakfast buffet was incredible with a huge selection of Chinese, Japanese and western food. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel, from the location, staff and overall comfort we were very impressed and would recommend it.
“Wonderful experience!”
My son and I stayed in the Grand Park Xi'an for two nights in August and were delighted with the quality of the hotel and the warmth of the staff. Its location provided direct access to the walled city and many of Xi'an's wonderful tourist sites.

Good location, friendly staff, Price is not as high as Hyatt and Sofitel. Strongly recommended.
