“Good Beijing Hotel”

Located in a urban area and within walking distance of reasonable places to eat, pleanty of food stores for snacks, fruit etc. 10 min walk to subway but once there we could access just about any part of the city. Easy to buy tickets and route map and station names in Chinese and English. We asked for a quite room and we were given one. Booked with Expedia and no problems except that breakfast was not included.

“A cool, comfortable stay...”

The people at the front desk were eager to help, room was nice & bed was softer than most in China.

“Great place to stay in Xi'an”

My wife and I were really impressed with this hotel, where we celebrated our Wedding anniversary. We're Americans who have lived in China for two years and we've stayed in some so-so hotels, so it's nice to find one that's really NICE and reasonably priced (probably 2/3 the price of rival chains). It's inside the city wall, about a 10 RMB taxi ride to the center of town.

“Xi'an Luxury”

We loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and could speak English. The morning buffet was substantial with diverse offerings: Western and Chinese. The beds were comfy and the maid service impeccable.

“will stay there again”

The Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was alitle bit out of the central area of town. So, a taxi was needed to go anywhere from the hotel. It was suggested to me more then once, not to walk around the city near the hotel. I did walk around there during the day and felt very safe.

“great location great services”

The hotel concierge was fairly knowledgeable. He did an excellent job in helping us to book cars and how to get around the city. If you were too tired to go restaurant in town, the hotel restaurant would be a good compromise. The noodles we had there were superb, definitely one of our most memorable experiences in Xi-an

“Adequate hotel, not the best location”

Hotel is basically fine in all categories. Major drawback is that nothing is really within walking distance. If you like pottering about the neighbourhood whilst in a city, and returning to the hotel frequently, this is not the place for you. However, cabs are cheap in China (less than 1/5 of the price in London), so if you tend to go out on long day trips sightseeing, you'll be able to get back to the hotel easily without spending a lot of cash. Therefore if you find this hotel is offering cheaper rooms than more central hotels, you won't lose out.

“Good Hotel”

Check-in was effortless and very straightforward, room was spacious with king size bed. Free fruit on arrival which was nice attention to detail. Breakfast was included in price of room - good variety of food. Location is not central but had no problems with the location.
