"Overall excellent. Only one thing is that the elevators always has kitchen smell."

"The room is all full of golden stuff but too shining to make you feel comfortable. The massage chair is very unique and helped me relax my muscles. I kind of wish all the hotel rooms provide that facility. The breakfast in the cafeteria was mediocre and food in the restaurant was above average. There are not many good dining places downstairs unless you take a taxi.
Neither the front desk nor the concierge could give clear information about how to find the underpass, which was really close but hidden when we found out incidentally by ourselves. They could easily take us down there in a minute but they chose not to. Not good service.
Something I learned from staying at this hotel: the extravagant affluent designs and settings does not really guarantee a quality service. "
"Not worth the price. The amenites and rooms are kind of old. I stayed over the weekend and it was full of screaming kids. Breakfast dining was chaotic and lack of management. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway "
