We had a family wedding on the pier, so this was the obvious location to stay. Staff very helpful, room clean, though small - bed had a dip in the middle and was a little small with sheets and blankets rather than a duvet. Breakfast OK, though no fresh fruit. Fantastic location.

Only stayed for one night, but my room was clean and peaceful. It wasn't modern and "sparkly", but it had charm. Just as a country hotel should be. The bathroom had bath and shower which was nice. The bed very comfortable too.
One surprise was that the hotel bar shut at 3pm and as I arrived at 2.30 didn't leave much time to enjoy before I went out in the evening.
Hmmm, breakfast. Well that was wonderful. A buffet style, help yourself and good quality too. That, and fresh coffee and juice, made a great start to the day.
Would stay again, if only for the breakfast :-)
One tip... don't park under the trees!! I made that mistake as it was closer to the rooms. Took three days to get the bird/bat lime off my car.

Surrounding becomes very quiet in the evening due to it being in a village. Thankfully there is a Indian restaurant at a walking distance. Clean rooms with basic necessities. Large flat screen TV with quite a few channels. Bathroom is good size also with enough ventilation. Overall its a nice place to stay for a night or 2.
Paul and Rose are very welcoming hosts making you feel at home right away. We stayed 2 nights in very pleasant rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Nice bar for chit-chat. We had to leave at daft o'clock each day so were unable to sample breakfast although again mine hosts were very accommodating if we wanted to grab something before leaving. It's a quiet spot within walking distance of the prom and some excellent restaurants in the town centre. Good value. We'll be back.
We spent 2 nights in the hotel 25th 27th June whilst in the area for a family funeral at Findon.
We had a nice evening meal on the first night which was good & tasty. The Manager was very welcoming & helpful with a lot of local knowledge. The room was very comfortable, clean sheets, & all the rest was fine too. Both breakfasts were good & ample & the area for meals clean & pleasant. We know the hotel is old & a few tiles need a bit of replacing, but in a way that's part of its charm. It's location next to the station is very handy& trains good , clean & frequent. It is likely that we shall return soon for another function & shall use the hotel again.

The staff were very friendly even though it did seem understaffed at some point.
First time booking a single room and I expected to have a tiny bed shoved in the corner of a box room. To my surprise it was quite comfortable and the room size was reasonable.

We were made to feel very welcome and the hosts were generous with their time to chat and explain things. The full English breakfast was delicious with a whole pot of tea for me and a whole cafetiere of coffee for my friend! Would definitely come here again.
This sunny seaside town on England’s southern coast offers a pleasant stay for those exploring South Downs National Park. The South Coast Cycle Route winds along the coastline and the waves are excellent for wind and kite surfing. Artist studios abound, providing a unique shopping experience for art lovers. In August, costumed locals “fly” off Worthing pier in the annual Worthing Birdman event.
