Lovely break!
It was lovely spa break for us, we really enjoyed our room, spa and breakfast. Only one thing I can ask for our next trip, it is bigger slippers for my husband, he wasn't comfortable in one size slippers.

Nice break to our journey
Short visit en rout from family to a holiday home. Great location. Massive car park. Very friendly and helpful staff in reception and in the bar areas later that night Swimming pool great Very pleased with stay Highly recommend

Great location, Great stay
stayed for 1 night for work. Used the Pool and spa facilities which were excellent and clean. Room clean and comfortable temperature, Shower hot and powerful. Evening meal was nice, 2 menus available and well priced, service was really friendly. Breakfast good quality but could have been better options without having to pay a surcharge for some. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Property in excellent condition. Great parking area. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choice and standard of food. Easily accessible transport close to the hotel to go into Worcester which saved using the car and paying for city car parks

Great getaway
Staff are all very helpful friendly and and cheerful. We had a lovely room with coffee tea and water provided also dressing gowns and slippers .We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the Garden room both times the 2nd being our Golden Wedding Anniversary the meals were lovely especially the latter.Would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel foyer and rooms very well kept. Room was extremely hot through the night even with windows open. Service in the bar area for food and drink was slow unfortunately.

Staff friendly but so many problems with stay
As per the title the majority of staff were the redeeming feature of the stay. Whilst on the visit there were multiple issues from meeting room, food quality and basics like WiFi. The appearance of the hotel from the outside and pool inside are lovely, however until the basic issues are resolved I would not recommend.

Excellent hotel
Lovely hotel that we stayed at to give us a couple of days walking in the Malverns. The location is good for the Malvern hills and is close to Worcester where we spent a nice evening out. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was particularly nice. We went to the spa for a couple of hours which wasn't busy and enjoyed the small pool and jacuzzi/ steam room/sauna. Breakfast was very good and the service we received from members of staff on reception, in the spa and in the breakfast dining room were exemplary. Highly recommended

Excellent facilities, room was specious and very clean (mattresses could do with being updated - sagging in the middle). Spa was lovely and quiet at the times we went. Food was very good, one dish was not great but staff were quick to rectify. Overall a great few days away and would recommend to others.

Uncomfortable beds but all else ok.
Our stay would have been lovely had the beds not been so uncomfortable. We had 2 single beds pushed together, but mine dipped in the middle, either the matress was very old or the actual bed was broken. It wasnt confortable. The food was fantastic. The spa was looking a little tired with the changing rooms out of order.

Not really what I’d expect from a ‘premier’ hotel & certainly not worthy of £150/ night. Room condition average,bed ok, tv & remote not working correctly, breakfast room & availability good, but buffet food cold. We would not return to this hotel.

The hotel was good. The room was a little bit small and dark, bigger windows would be better. The staff were friendly and helpful and the spa facilities were excellent. If you want a massage book in advance as there were no slots available when we went.

Really enjoyed our stay – shame it was only one night. I was travelling overnight with my teenage son and thought we might as well stay somewhere nice with a pool! And it was. Lots of parking on a rainy Sunday night in August. Family Room was a really good size – wouldn’t have been cramped with a couple plus two or three children. Nice enough pool, sauna, steam room, etc – really helpful member of staff (Gina?) explained what was where. Really liked the same evening menu served in the bar as the adjacent restaurant – makes the choice easier if you don’t want too much formality. Carly and James really pleasant and efficient behind the bar. Lovely breakfast – even the tomatoes were grilled properly: soft, succulent, sweet, as opposed to the raw-with-burnt-skin most places serve now. Good bacon. Negatives? Only the comedy wash basin design in the bathroom . . . but there was a hair drier to dry my trousers off with. Got me twice! Everything else worked in the room. Building itself is architecturally uninspired, but the staff were super. Aim to go back for a weekend with my wife. I’ll warn her about the wash basin on the way . . .

Lovely Hotel with great service
Lovely location and a very pretty looking hotel. The staff were excellent and the room me had was great (executive room with loads of space and great facilities). The evening meal and service was great too, as was the breakfasts in the morning. Would definitely like to come again.

Perfect Location for Malvern area visit.
