Not impressed… Right after check-in we noticed the thermostat was inoperable and it was cold in our room. The employees initial response was that they were sold out and couldn’t do anything about it. She then said two others were out and they were being looked at, and she would add us to the list. Two hours later, after no updates, I called the desk and there was no answer. I went downstairs and there was no one at the desk. About 20 minutes later I tried again. The new person at the desk said the maintenance person was still there and would be sure to look at our room before leaving. Ultimately, they did nothing and gave us no updates. We added some blankets and slept fine, but were disappointed with the attitude and response of the staff. When I checked out the new clerk didn’t even ask about our stay. We’ll find another place to stay next time.
P.S. We were happy to have the bedroom separate from the kitchen area as the refrigerator sounded like an outboard motor.
