“What a nightmare.”

When we checked in, our room hadn't been cleaned. Then it took them an hour to find us a "clean" room... they had marked rooms clean that hadn't been and literally walked up and down the halls, peeking in rooms to see if they had been cleaned. The women at the front desk was very unprofessional about it, and kept saying, "I'm not cleaning rooms like I had to do last time." This tells me that it's not the first time this has happened. They finally found a "non-smoking" room for us... we got in there and it reeked of cigarettes, there were burn holes in the carpet and bedspreads and curtains. (I have pictures) Then, the bathtub had a ring of grime around the bottom and gritty scum covering the bottom. It was disgusting. The phone didn't work and when I actually walked down to the lobby, the employee wasn't there. Ten minutes later, another customer (who seemed to know the employee) found her hanging out in the laundry room. Bottom line, this place was scuzzy, the people were unprofessional, and I wish I could erase the whole weekend from my memory. What a waste of time and money.

Area recommendations

Route 9 is sprinkled with every store imaginable... and if you're looking to shop, it's a fantastic place to start. I just wouldn't stay at this hotel to do so. There are lots along Rt 9.

“Welcome Respite After A Long Road Trip North”

This hotel is a consistent good value because it's close to where I have to work, convenient for access to dining and shopping nearby, and is reasonably priced for the area. I would say that the only inconvenience is having to pay extra for the wifi access, since with Expedia the room is already booked and paid for. Other than that it's a great place to stay at.

“Great Value”

Check in was easy. Pleasant staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Full-size refigerator was nice. Stove-tops worked fine, but not a lot of room if you are trying to prepare food. The bed was good. I didn't use the wi-fi, so don't know how good that was. Nearby bar and grill served some pretty good food. I thought this hotel was a good value for the money, and I would stay there again.

“Decent Hotel room in Westborough”

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The front desk was very helpful and attentive when needed. The first room I was placed in was dirty, so they moved me to a new room which was fine. It is definitely somewhere one would stay on an economy budget. For the money, I think it was an excellent deal.

“Consistent Value for the Short Notice Traveler”

When I need a room in the Westborough area this property fits the bill nicely. Although there is no free breakfast and the wifi access requires additional fees, the wifi service itself worked well in my room, and the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the climate system was more than adequate. In addition, it's convenient to a nearby restaurant and many other amenities are close by on Mass. Route 9.
