Vinyl floor in bathroom coming up causing you to trip going in. Turned on fan with heater and smelled smoke which set off smoke alarm. Lobby locked in morning so unable to get coffee and continental breakfast.

The property is not large, but it is convenient. Only about 8 miles off of Hwy 505 (most are further) and two entrances with several fast food places within blocks. I didn't have a chance to check for restaurants, but they would be closer in to Woodland proper. The room was clean and neat with all the usual amenities (glasses, shampoo, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc). It was a very hot day but the A/C kicked in and cooled off quickly. There is a pool, and looked inviting, but our stay was strictly overnight so I didn't get a chance to use it. The only drawback was the "continental" breakfast. Since I was in the first room off the lobby (102) distance was not a factor. However, a few packaged pastries along with orange juice, and the coffee and condiments, is ont a continental breakfast. At the very least there should be trays on which to carry the food to your room. The lobby was where the food was located so no seats were available. But that's just one gripe, and certainly not a deal killer.

I like to stay here when I visit my parents in Woodland, it's very close to their home.

“Just sleeping”

Needed to be close to the Sacramento Airport (20 mins) just to sleep. Clean, basic. Good Mexican Cafe across the street.

“Quick & inexpensive stop”

Check in was easy, although late and everyone was tired after traveling. The room was comfortable, although if you ask me there weren't enough towels. The water pressure left a bit to be desired. The bathroom was incredibly small compared to the rest of the room. We received a phone call 15 minutes before check-out as a reminder (we slept through our alarms!), after which the man who checked us in kept a very close eye on us as we threw everything into the car. Overall, for the price, you can't go wrong. Very easy to find, only about 12 minutes from the airport and easy check out.
