“Overpriced for what you get”

This hotel was conveniently located for what we were doing but it was overpriced. We had a basic room at the front with a good breakfast. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was not good. I had a luke warm shower one day and a cold one the next and the water pressure was terrible. We did however receive a reduction for this.

“Poor Design”

Nothing realy wrong with this hotel, in this lovely part of Lincolnshire. But the room layout was poor.Sloping ceiling covered third of a narrow bedroom . I am not a tall person, but still managed to bang my head several times . Door to the room maybe three foot from beside , very aware of other guests walkng past in the corridor oustside. Huge flatscreen TV on the wall , just plain daft (?) Very relaxed staff ( which we like ) main stairway and breakfast would be very hard to better .
