“Vaue for Money”

Best Western is a basic hotel that included breakfast. The rooms where quite big by US standards and where keep clean. It was ideally placed for us as it was near relations and a big shopping mall. If you don,t want to break the bank this hotel would be a very good option.

“Washington DC”

Good hotel centrally located in Woodbridge close to shops and access to Metro to Washington by car. Good breakfast and very clean hotel.

Area recommendations

Would strongly recommend having Sat Nav as it is a very busy area and very confusing road signs but with a Sat Nav it is bearable.

“I will definitely return for another clean and convenient stay!!!”

this hotel was well situated with clean comfy rooms, polite and helpful staff ( great breakfast) and excellent location for anything: a million malls and restaurants all within a walk or short car ride.

“Great choice”

The hotel was very clean and service was excellent. The room itself was comfortable, clean and the bed was like no other. Had an amazing night's sleep and that is all that matters to me.

Potomac Mills Mall is right by the hotel, you have many restaurants and I-95 is right there too so you can't go wrong when you stay in this hotel.

“Poor Maintenance”

GOOD: Very large room. Large comfortable bed. Extra sink outside bathroom. Quiet room. Free parking. Polite front desk staff. BAD: Remains of leak include the following: soggy carpet, and wallpaper falling off wall. Bathroom faucet falls off. Breakfast food poor quality and poor taste. Spill on elevator floor. Messy tables for breakfast. OVERALL: No confidence in cleanliness of room or food.

“Friendly, good breakfast, great location”

We were looking for a stop on our way down 95 that was close to the highway and this was perfect. It is right off the exit ramp and extremely easy to find. And the ramp to get back on 95 is right past the hotel so it is easy to get back on. We checked in late and the desk staff was very friendly and helpful, even advising us of when we might want to have breakfast due to large groups at the hotel that night. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, included continental basics plus cheese omelets and make-your-own waffles. Would definitely stay here again on the way down 95.

“Pretty good deal for the area”

The Best Western Potomac Mills is well kept, and has a very helpful, friendly staff. They were very accommodating when we ended up arriving a day ahead of schedule and were able to give us a room the night ahead without having to change rooms for the rest of our stay. The rooms were very clean and had very comfortable beds, and the breakfast was very good with more than your typical continental breakfast items including fresh fruit, waffles, and cheese omlettes. However, be aware that this hotel OFTEN has school groups in the facility, even on the weekends, but the groups were well managed, and other than when they were checking in or out, you didn't know they were there. The elevators are a little scary, one was very bouncy and jerky, the other was out of service. We occassionally had trouble with the door key cards, but overall the hotel and service were excellent.

“GOOD BUT....”

While the accomodation and service were good, the promised hot breakfast included in the price was very disappointing unless you really like waffles. There was coffee, juice, and an assortment of breads and cereals the only hot item other than make your own waffles were some overcooked very small cheese omlettes. There was no cold milk for the cereals. I think that advertising a hot breakfast meets only the very bare minimum.
