“Decent hotel but not convenient.”

The hotel worked out for us, and the room was nice except for tbe fact that the heat eas off when we checked in and it took a while for it to warm up once I turned it on. After that it was quite comfortable. And our stay came with admission to the ChulaVista Waterpark, which was great because we were meeting friends there later. The only problem was there is nothing in the immediate area, and since we took the train up from Chicago that meant there was nowhere to eat dinner we could walk to except Perkins. Not a problem if you're driving or don't mind eating at Perkins, but for us it was disappointing. Other than that our stay was great, there's a hot tub and good wireless access and breakfast and waterpark admission included. Staff were nice and called when we left stuffed animals behind, and held them for us.uses

“What a disappointment”

This was a run down dirty hotel. It was so bad that we wouldn't even take a shower. The sheets looked like they had been slept in.

We had small room but provided what is needed. bed was comfortable and room clean, enjoyed hot tub and pool

“Decent for a short stay”

This hotel was ok for a one or two night stay. Didn't realize it was away from most attractions. The only real complaint I would have is, not soundproof enough. We stayed on the ground level and could hear every footstep above us. The rates were affordable and I would go back for a short stay.

“Never Again!”

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The tiles were pulling away from the tub and there was mold growing behind it. The towels were stained and there was a clump of hair in the hand towel. Continental breakfast was the worst. Hardly anything to choose from right away in the morning when they open and the cups were infant size. They had cereal but no milk. The bed was rock hard and the pillows are very small and thin with no head or neck support. I woked up and could hardly walk because my back hurt so bad after sleeping in the bed for one night. I didn't even want to get in the bed the first place because it looked dirty. We went to check-in and they gave us a room someone was already in. Luckily someone was because there was a yelping dog next door. But then the room they put us in the person upstairs kept walking around and we could hear every step. The second night the air conditioner kept making a knocking noise so we had to turn it off. The front desk said they couldn't do anything about it and we just had to deal with it and said they just gave away the last room when we know there were more rooms available. You can hear everything that goes on in the hallway and they rooms around you. We went to get ice the first day and there was no ice at all. The pool says it's open til midnight for adults but they close it at 10pm. The sheets in the bed had cigarette burns in them.

Was not very clean and the room was very out dated...

“Run down but good location”

Rooms were clean, hotel needs updating, great location to the attractions, breakfast was basic but good enough and the added bonus of waterpark passes was cool even though we couldn't use them. We were on the bottom floor which had ground level windows and the floor above us squeaked when people were walking around. Thankfully they went to be soon after us.
