“waste of money”

The only reason my husband and I stayed overnight was to relax in a hot tub. We came to the dells to watch the Badger game at Monks and thought it would be nice to make a weekend of it and stay for the Packer game. It was awefull. The hot tub was cold and when we called down to inform them the boy I spoke with said "seems fine to me". Not the case. It was cold sunday as well. I tried taking a hot bath in our room and discovered the drain plug did not work. When I went to check out the next morning and talk to them no one showed up at the front desk. I checked four different times within an hour. WASTE OF MONEY!

“Great hotel for the price!”

The hotel was nice, smelled nice and was decently clean. The breakfast was perfect, they had a waffle maker, fruit, cereal, doughnuts and bagels. The pool area was nice and clean as well.

“Good overall”

Great hotel overall. Clean, friendly staff, great location... main caveat was the indoor pool - it was intolerably COLD! You would think an indoor pool would be heated! We did get free passes to Mt. Olympus, so we were able to swim there. Also, don't expect a continental breakfast. (I saw it advertised as such on a few travel sites and the in-room info book listed it as well) They must have recently discontinued it. Overall, good experience. Would go back.

“Lots of Features, Poorly Maintained”

This hotel had lots of bells and whistles. Indoor/Outdoor pool, jacuzzi, even a jacuzzi in our room. But the Jacuzzi in our room wasn't even big enough for one person, the hotel was poorly maintained, and there were lots of rowdy folk everywhere. Slept okay, wasn't a terrible hotel, but it definetely was not for our middle class selfs. Would much rather enjoy no frills and a clean, well maintained, quiet place.

“Can't wait to return”

The staff was very nice to us they helped us decide what attractions to visit and gave us discount tickets. One clerk was extreamly nice and really impressed my Granddaughter so much that she had to draw her a picture, she excepted it very gracefully and was very careing to my Granddaughter. Her name was Wendy.

“Will definitely go back!”

This was a great hotel! We had one of the jacuzi rooms, and it was beautiful. Everything was clean and working properly. We even got a microwaive and refrigerator in the room without knowing we would have them. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and even offered to get us free tickets to the magic show in the area. We definitely plan on going back.

“Be aware the low price is not in the main building”

When I got to the hotel they said my room was across the parking lot. I was not impressed since I wanted to use the pool and it was a bout 10 degrees outside. They said the lower rate room are not in the same building with the pool and breakfast. We had to pay for an upgrade. other then that it was a good hotel.
