“The Hotel was OK.”
The Hotel was ok. We like the view of the Lake. It was to cold to enjoy it. When we got there we went on the patio to look at the lake and flies came back into the room with us. We had to kill about three flies. The second day the maid cleaned our room and she had to of open the patio door while she was cleaning; when we returned we had more flies to kill. Bring insect spray when you go. When we took a shower the water filled up in the bath tub. On the good side we enjoyed the swimming pool it was warm and also the hot tub was also warm. We also enjoyed the sauna. Therefore the Hotel was OK.
“Beautiful !”
Great location. Out of the Dells traffic and noise. Clean room. Enjoyed having our dog with us we. Were on a seperate floor with other pets. No problems. I will efinately go back next year.
“Great Spot, Best Value”
The room was very very clean & comfortable. They accept dogs but dont worry they have a special floor for guest with dogs & NO we didn't hear the other dogs on the floor. My room was wonderful & the pillows were soooooo soft. We also had a patio in which my dog Teddy Bear loved. I spent some time on the lake & rolled the boat lol even though I can't swim but wth it was free with the stay at the hotel. I would go back for sure : )
“will go back”
This was a great place to end our WI Dells vacation. It is located in a peaceaful setting on Lake Delton. There were plenty of activities for the whole family to participate in. We will go back next summer!
“nice room for the price”
The hotel was nice enough, rooms were clean and smoke-free and the pool and hot tub were a plus. May have been a little difficult to find without a GPS but overall not far from the Dells attractions. The room also came with a free pass to the Kalahari Theme park (go-carts, laser tag, climbing wall, ropes course, etc) which was fun.
“AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL”
So when we pulled into the hotel (which was under construction) we drove up to the office and there was an envelope taped to the window with our name and on it. We opened it up and found our room key and room number with all of our information on it for our room. The office was apparently "closed" becuase it was Superbowl Sunday. So anyone could have pulled up to the hotel saw the envelope and helped themselves to the room I booked. Now I understand it was the off season for the Dells but then close your hotel for the season or make Superbowl Sunday a black out date. I was completely appalled at the fact that they would just leave our information out for anyone to take. The room was DISGUSTINGLY dirty and was in a huge need of a facelift. The balcony was so covered in ice that you couldn't even take one step on it without falling or slipping. The fridge wasn't working but who could I call to take care of it: NO ONE! There were no hours posted saying the pool closed at 10pm (which is a question I would have loved to ask when we checked in, but oops the office was closed!). So when we got back to the hotel to attempt to enjoy ourselves in the pool the very rude very mean "security" wouldn't let us in the pool. We will NEVER stay here again and would highly discourage anyone from staying here. This is the absolute WORST hotel have ever stayed in. This kind of a hotel does not belong in the Dells! WORST EVER!!!!!!!
“Great Value for the Price”
Great value for the price. The room contained everything we needed without the frills. Would have liked a bar of soap in the shower and by the sink; only 1 bar was supplied. Would also have liked conditioner instead of just shampoo, but it was certainly adequate. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and large whirlpool. We got lost on the way in and the hostess was very helpful and friendly.
“Management refuses to get involved while partiers take over.”
At 11:00 pm tried to sleep as party kicked off right below our room. It was so loud the walls vibrated. Desk said they couldn't do anything but admitted the hotel never should have booked rooms on our floor. The party hosts ended up paying our refund so we could go find another hotel at midnight. Management is completely inept at problem solving, and I would definitely not consider the property family-friendly if your family hopes to sleep. Ramada bailed us out and was a much nicer facility for just a few dollars more.
“Beautiful location”
Location was very interesting and beautiful
“Will Definitely Come Back”
This is the perfect lakefront spot for families on a casual vacation. The small beach area gives kids freedom to enjoy their sand creations and even find seashells planted by the staff on occasion (thank you!). There's even shade most of the afternoon for those who burn and we love the freedom to bring our jet skis. We love the amenities, the convenience to everything, the people we meet, and the free Fun Card discounts (used the bogo's at Knuckleheads and Circus World and saved big). We will certainly come back again and again.
