It's a nice place to stay. The staff advised of to drop our water all night because of the freeze warning. Lot of places to eat and gas up near by . The person in room 110 reported us saying we had a dog 🐕 barking all night which it was the room next to me because the dog barked all night ..whoever said that could have knocked on our door to see if it was us instead of falsely reporting me. But the stay was fine and I will book again.

No frills but comfortable and friendly
No frills motel, but what makes it great are the people who work there including the owner. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and they cleaned every day. anll of the amenities worked. So it served its purpose while staying in the area for work. Has a nice little park across the highway with a 1 mile walk/run path and a Mexican restaurant next to the motel. But as I said, the people. Owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. I always stay here when in this area and have never had any problems.

Friendliest check-in people
The lady and gentleman at the check-in counter were extremely polite. I actually ended up learning more about how to properly grow and take care of eggplants than I expected. Also, my room was very comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel, every trip that I have taken to visit family in Louisiana.

The motel is great for business travelers. Just need a bed and some work space this is you. They do have a continental breakfast too.

Nice, comfortable room
The room was comfortable. The bed was clean and felt good to sleep on. The manager/owner is very polite. He apologized for the WiFi being out, but that is because of the storm that came in a few days prior.

Great hotel
I came here for the annual rodeo last year. I was so impressed that I decided to come back and was so happy I did. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I plan on coming back next year.

An Old, Tired Property
I and a friend stayed overnight in Winnsboro for the marathon the next morning. The proprietor was nice, the location was convenient, and it was reasonably clean. However, this is an old, tired property. The room was small and the shower pressure was pathetic. It met our needs for the night, but that was it.

We recently hosted a church revival True Gospel Baptist Church. The guest Pastor and family stayed in 1 of the king suites. The room was very spacious and clean. We where very pleased. I would recommend to family and friends.
