“Good hotel but aweful hide-a-beds”

The hotel service was effecient and the hotel appearance was clean. The location was perfect if you are going to the airport. The hide-a-bed was terrible to sleep on,

“Comfy beds”

Great King Suite, Comfy bed, flat screen tv's. However, if you don't have breakfast coupons, the buffet and menu is very expensive.

“would recommend”

Enjoyable stay. The suites are very comfortable, liked the wash room between the two rooms.The fridge, microwave, lighting and decore , as well as the extra sink and mirrors were wonderful. Hotel had a restaurant, lounge, pool. The hot tub/ jacuzzi was a disappointment as it was cold.

“Good place to stay but it's better if you have a car”

This hotel is located close to the airport but if you have a car, it's quite easy to get around Winnipeg from there too. Portage Mall is about 10 minutes away and getting downtown is about 15 minutes - at the most - by car. This is a clean, modern and comfortable hotel. We enjoyed that there was a sitting area which could be closed off from the bedroom. The beds were comfortable. We found the breakfast prices quite reasonable and their coffee is excellent. When we mentioned this - they explained that they actually grind their own beans for each pot. We'd recommend this place and stay there again.

Things to see - Winnipeg Museum downtown, Portage Mall, shops in Little Italy, the Forks downtown, Assinboine Park gardens, conservatory and zoo.

“Time to do some maintenance”

The only thing saving this hotel is the staff, we had a room that had great possibilities but needed some updates and maintenance. The carpets were falling apart, the sink was bubbly up sewer when water was run above our room the bed smelled of urine, the carpet was wet throughout the suite when we arrived and still damp two days later when we left. The cold water tap of the sink in the bar counter did not work the furniture in the sitting area needed serious updating. We were there for a wedding and others who stayed there had some of the same comments.

“Dirtiest hotel I've stayed at in a long time and no air quality. Windows don't open.”

Deeply disapointed with Hilton chain. Would have expected more. Hotel is run down and dirty. Rooms are tired and smell. The air quality is less than zero as the windows don't open. Upside was bartender was extremely professional and on his game.

“Nice place to stay in Winnipeg near airport”

Beautiful and comfortable suite, great breakfast buffet and service. Bar area could use some atmosphere as it is rather plain and sterile.

“Not overly impressed”

While room was clean, the carpet was absolutely filthy! Tons of stains which made the entire room feel dirty. There was an extra charge for parking which was outdoors and full (we had to go to the back of the hotel). While the breakfast buffet was adequate and average, there was a fairly long wait for hot breakfast items and we had to ask several times. I prefer to eat my breakfast all together not 1 item at a time. The service in the dining room for breakfast, however was great, waiter was quite attentive considering the place was obviously understaffed. I just expected more from the Hilton and I have had better stays at lesser known places. I would give this hotel a pass in the future.
