“Pretty good”
It was ok. But room service failed to restock tea and coffee. Bath products limited make sure you take your own soap etc.
“Average Winnipeg Hotel”
Everything went smoothly checking in to the hotel late at night. The rooms were clean, and everything was in order. However, the air was especially dry through the night, and the provided blankets were quite thin, leaving us cold and uncomfortable. Checkout was equally as smooth as check-in, and service was prompt. The location is convenient, but because of the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Overall, I would rate it as "average".
“Great Winnipeg choice”
We loved the hotel it was clean, the service was exceptional and the location was great. We used to leave in Winnipeg and we found this hotel the best choice between location and cost.
“Good value but a little tired”
This hotel has not been updated in several years and is a little on the tired side. That being said, it was clean and all of the amenities I needed (iron, hairdryer) worked. The staff were helpful and efficient. Finally, and importantly, it was the least expensive hotel in the area at the time (February 2010).
“I'd stay there again”
The hotel was very clean and the people were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Right in the heart of downtown Winnipeg.
“Winnipeg's Best Hotel”
The Front desk staff were extremly courteous and helpfull, the rooms were spacious and clean and well equiped with what was promised over the phone. the housekeeping staff were very kind and always eager to help with anything. My wife and me truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we are looking foward to visiting it again. My wife enjoyed the Casino in the lobby of the hotel, we did not have time to taste the food in your restaurant, but the bar was well equiped with a T.V for entertainement. I was truly impressed with the kindness and helpfull, front desk staff at all times, even when we were checking out. And not to forget the driver for the shuttle service to the hotel and back to the Airport. Very knowledgeble of the city and kept explaining the land marks, since it was our first time in Winnepeg.
“Not my cup of tea”
Didn't get my wake up call the 1st morning there, beds are old and tired. Bar was renovated though !
