This is an excellent hotel. We have stayed here several times. Very quiet, excellent beds, very clean and chic. I'm very good at being critical and I can't say anything bad about it. One of our favorite hotels in the world.

I stayed for one night late May, 2015 and was allocated a very spacious room with a large bathroom. My room overlooked the Thames and the bridge to Eton so I enjoyed the view from the windows and the generous space the room provided. As it was on the third floor I wasn't bothered by noise but the first few times trying to find the room was a little confusing. There was a nice tea tray in the room and I indulged in the tea making facilities. The service downstairs in the room off the bar however was a little slow.

Housekeeping staff entered the room without barely waiting for a reply to her knock. None of this made for a terrible experience, as these comments are minor niggles. It is somewhere we would return to as the overall stay went well.

Very comfortable bed and room was clean, house keeping staff were very nice, we could never get hold of reception and the rooms where very hot and stuffy at night time. Tried to call reception a few times for a fan but finally gave up...
