“Great Hotel and facilities - Poor service and organisation.”

We were surprised to be told the earliest we could check in was 15:00...........unless we paid an additional £10 which i find most unacceptable. If the room is ready this is clearly a greed ploy. Some of our friends who we recommended the hotel too experienced the same and there were no exceptions even for the guests who had arrived in the UK by flight from Ireland and SA. We were aware there was a wedding on the 19-Mar. As we arrived for breakfast at 09:20 we were told by the service staff there is a 30-40 min wait for tables?.. several of the breakfast tables were reserved for the wedding party?? It was suggested we collected our food and sat in the Victory Pub towards the opposite side of the lobby!. Again for paying guests this is unacceptable, the facilities should have been better arranged and additional staff assigned to cope with the change of arrangements. I will not accept these issues are as a result of the final stages of the hotel refurbishment! The Food and Rooms were excellent.

“Don't go in the summer!”

This is a good hotel with pleasant staff and very good facilities. The location is good for shopping, sport and restaurants. However, there is no A/C and the rooms are extremely hot in the summer.

“車で行くならとても便利です”

日本からの長いフライトの後、レンタカーを借りてこちらまで移動し宿泊しました。 スタッフの方はとても親切で近くのアウトレットの場所を聞いたら地図で丁寧に説明してくれました。 ここは観光地ではないと思いますが、タウンセンターやアウトレットがとても近く、地元でのお買い物を楽しむのには最高だと思います。 朝ごはんもボリュームたっぷりでレストランの内装も素敵です。
