“Good value”

The room was clean and quiet. No complaints for the price. We were going to the Delaware Art Museum, so this hotel was not in a great location for us.

“Don't depend on the A/C unit to work!!”

The A/C unit barely cooled the room off and we set it to High, kept the shades drawn & never left the door open for more than a couple of seconds at a time! The shower was ridiculous too. First of all, the curtain arm wasn't properly installed so the curtain wouldn't close all the way; which led to a big, wet mess on the floor. Secondly, when you went to take a shower, there was no water pressure coming from the shower head. When you pulled the button up to switch from the tub faucet to the shower head 75% of the water pressure was still pouring out of the faucet into the tub! Which left your shower experience to be less than satisfying; standing shin deep in tub water isn't something that I enjoy & it's a safety hazard to boot! All in all, our stay at this Hotel will not be repeated in the future...EVER!

“Everyone was rude!”

After an 800 mile car ride from Jax to Wilmington, I was hoping for an easy check in. My son and I walked up to the front desk and it took about 8 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. We were the only people there and there were 3 clerks behind the desk. Finally the general manager asked if he could help us, I told him we had a reservation and he checked us in. Got to the room it was okay... Bathroom looked dirty, and it smelled like a wet dog, but I guess you get what you pay for. We went to checkout at 5 am and the rude night auditor handed me my bill. It was for almost twice what I was quoted through expedia. I told the night auditor that there must be some mistake, he said no. My card had already been charged and there was nothing he could do for me, so he told me to come back after 9! Ummm NO I need to get on the road! We left and called expedia, thankfully expedia awesome and got everything fixed, but only after having to deal with the rude night autidor and calling back after 9 to speak with the general manager. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Wilmington was a nice city, plenty of options for food, shopping and activities for the kids, I would go back for a night if I were passing though.

“Good place to stay”

A good hotel for a good price. Simply used it as a place to stay overnight when we were in Wilmington. The mall was close by, and the staff was helpful. I would stay there again.

“A Great Night's Stay for the Price”

My band and I were on Tour when we stayed at this Hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Towels were a little thin, but other than that it was a very nice stay.

“Like the Guy - Greg”

The front desk staff named Greg was very helpful and intoduced many useful tips for the areas including PA and gave me a relatively quiet corner room which was good as I had a meeting next day early in the morning. Fine price and location.

“Very helpful”

The stay was good but the front desk was exceptional. I stayed with my 7 year old for a cheerleading competition. We had to go back afterwards because she left her favorite pillow. When I called to see if it was there, not only did the front desk look for it but the housekeeping staff called me to let me know that it was there. Being by myself in a city I had never been before, I got lost trying to find the hotel. I called the hotel got directions. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk, Gregory, noticed that I was frazzled being lost with my little one. He then was so helpful as to print out directions for me so I could get back safely home on my 2 hour ride. He should be commended for exceptional service. He indeed gave the hotel my thumbs up. Thanks Gregory for your kindness and concern for us. It's nice to know that there are still kind people out there!!
