We enjoyed out stay at the Quality Inn. It was quiet, and safe. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and a good start to our days. Our bathroom door knob was faulty and they were quickly willing to fix it but we didn't really want people in our room while we were not there.

The phone did not work Noisy a d unable to contact fron desk via phone after already going to bed. Shower area had hair drom previous customers. Gross, to say the least. Stain on the couch which was still visible. Not impressed.

The staff are courteous and efficient. I like the breakfast. The bathroom door in my room does not lock properly but other than that I liked my room. Bed is comfortable and the hotel is quiet.

This property was very clean. They are renovating, and you would never have known it. There was no noise front desk personnel could not have been more pleasant or helpful. It was a very nice day would definitely stay again and recommended.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms where ok although my room was a little dirty? The was white powder in the bathroom vanity, in the fridge I have no idea what it was.. there where a few bugs from outside and when you come into the hotel there was a smell kinda like old dirty carpet.. we had a nice time because they let us play family games in the dinning area so I hope my review just helps the hotel people who run the hotel to improve in these areas I mention because everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful! And it was also close some attractions we went to

Don't let the stars/ratings fool you, Choose this
We were just at the hotel for a couple of hours (late night stop for an early morning departure). We didn't choose the most expensive hotel or one with all the frills, but I can say we were pleasantly surprised with how clean the room, the friendliness of the front desk and the morning breakfast was good. Well worth the cost. The King size bed was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in in the last few months (we travel a lot).

Room was clean, spacious, comfy bed & quiet heater. However, it was noisy. You can hear traffic, people in hallways and walking above you. Breakfast was light on options, but did have warm eggs & sausage. Very convenient to The Ark Experience - quick on/off interstate.

The people at the front desk make this hotel. They are friendly, welcoming and are ready to help. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were very clean. The only negative comment is the hotel facilities are a bit outdated including the washing machine and tumble drier.

Definitely needs an update!!! Property was clean. Beds & pillows were VERY comfortable. Breakfast was ok, had better, but not complaining! Conveniently located between the Arc & the Creation Museum. Would definitely stay here again.

If I had not prepaid before my stay I would not have stayed there. I have never been to such a dirty, run down hotel in my life. Stuff all all the lamp shade, carpet old and major stains, dirt and grime. Towels, sheets, pillows old, stained and looked like they had not been washed. This hotel should not be charging $189. Per night. This hotel should not be on Travelocity’s site. Travelocity should be refunding me for this horrible experience. I would never recommend this property. There is absolutely nothing good about it.

If I had not prepaid I would not have stayed there. Beyond dirty. Lampshade had stuff all over it. Carpet badly stained. Sheets and bath towels stained and didn’t look like they had been washed. Pillows stained and dirty. Filth on the walls and doors. I would expect this at a $60. A night hotel but not for $184.00. The staff said they couldn’t credit me any money back since I booked thru Travelocity. Hopefully Travelocity will look into this property and not offer it on its site since it is the worst place I have ever stayed.
