“great stay”

“Really confusing place to stay”

I had a room for two nights as I was to be getting ready for my wedding there. We noticed that the air conditioner was not working correctly, and after sending two people down to complain, they wanted me to switch rooms. I didn't have time, as I was leaving for my wedding, so they offered to have someone come in and move my stuff for me. Uh, absolutely not. So, they comped my room the second night. I feel pretty good about that solution, even though it was still pretty hot that night. My one huge complaint with this hotel is that it is confusing as heck. The HI and the HI Express are literally connected, and it's not marked clearly as to which side you're on. Every single person who stayed with me, either on the first or second night, and every person who came to visit me there got lost at one point or another. It is a pain in the butt, but if you're willing to put up with that, it's a beautiful hotel.

“we (my family) reserved 2 rooms, very nice”

everything about this visit was nice. i have no complaints. we were comfortable and the breakfast was tastey and satisfying.
