“Comfortable and Clean”

We found our stay to be quite good. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. Our rooms were stocked well with towels and plenty of pillows. The bed was very comfortable The staff was very friendlily and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a nice add and done well. My son really liked the "make your own Belgium waffles" station. I would recommend this property and plan to stay there again the next time we travel to this town.

Large, clean rooms. Fast service. Please stay here. You can walk to downtown and beyond. The only reason I gave the neighborhood a 3 is because it is undergoing urban renewal and construction is all around. That's good though. The neighborhood is not seedy or anything.

I go to Williamsport to visit my daughter at school occasionaly, it can get difficult to find rooms lately, so I tried a different hotel than normal. This was the first time we have stayed at the Hampton Inn, the staff was very nice, breakfast was nice, I liked the cookies and coffee, I will stay there again next time.

My only negative comment has to do with the included breakfast. they served scrambled eggs which I am sure were powdered eggs, not the real thing, and on Sunday they were particularly bad. However there were plenty of other things available to eat.

This was a business trip and this hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful, efficient, clean, and good value for money. We did wonder if we had done the right thing as the hotel does not provide meals or have a bar, but there are plenty of really good eating places and bars nearby. Our stay had to be extended because of the volcanic ash cloud and again the hotel was very helpful Would definately stay there again and can recommend this to any other travellers to Williamsport.
