Friendly and very helpful staff at the front desk - very easy check-in and check-out very comfortable spacious room - comfy beds - well appointed room and decor and very clean and spacious bathroom. Had a drink downstairs it was also a very positive experience.

No air conditioning in a room with western facing exposure. Misleading as to a "shuttle" to the airport. They really meant that they can call a taxi or one can walk to the railroad station and take a train. Problem with room lighting in which the guy at the desk said there was nothing we could do to turn off the final room night. He was wrong on that. Hidden fees such as a citywide spa tax. Overall, pretty disappointing and overpriced.

Additionally, while our hotel does not offer and adverticde a shuttle service from the airport, we do have transportation options available such as calling a taxi or taking a train from the nearby station. Wonderful hotel awful customer service. Not as friendly towards visitors as they are towards locals; we were treated as 2nd class diners.
The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Excellent service. Very good breakfast. Need an improvement in room cleanliness. We really enjoyed the hotel and the beautiful surroundings
I could not fault the stay in any way. From check in to check out everything met and exceed Emmy expectations.

The staff were outstanding! I needed to store medical items in the freezer and use a microwave to stream medical equipment. The staff were understandings and accommodating! I would certainly recommend this property again! The cocktails at the bar and the breakfast were delicious!
