“Acceptable for short stay”

Front desk service is very good. Location is very good. Five minutes from central station by taxi. Room is clean but small. Bathroom is fine. No coffee maker in the room. Internet wifi available for a reasonable price. Speed is slow. Good restaurant and taxi service readily available. Room service menu limited. Overall good for short stay.

From the moment I checked in until the time I checked , everything was just fine.

An excelent experience, no complaints and we think it should be a 5 star hotel.

“Okay but could have been better”

This was the second time I had stayed at this hotel. It has been recently rennovated and is decorated very nicely. The lobby/bar is very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room, however, was very warm and the air conditioning was inadequate. Breakfast was not included in the price which was quite a surprise to me, as European hotel rates usually include breakfast. I also was surprised that the hotel was unable to help us when we asked for restaurant recommendations. They could have assisted more. We used our GPS and found a wonderful restaurant within 2 miles. You'd think they would have been familiar with the surroundings. the hotel's restaurant had limited choices. The staff at breakfast was very pleasant. Despite the glitches, I would stay there again.

“Das pentahohel Wiesbaden ist sehr empfehlenswert”

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind ebenfalls auf neuestem Stand. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

“Schönes Hotel in Stadtnähe.”

Schönes Hotel mit guter Verbindung in die Stadtmitte von Wiesbaden. Im Hotel waren alle sehr freundlich. Das ein und auschecken war problemlos. Das Frühstücksbüffet war super lecker allerdings mußte man etwas länger Geduld haben bis diverse Lebensmittel nachgereicht wurden. Aber alles in allem sehr tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Personal.

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwa außerhalb der Wiesbadner Innenstatdt, das ist aber auch das einzige Manko. Das ganze Hotel hat ein sehr ansprechendes Desogn mit vielen witzigen Ideen, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Bad ist richtig groß und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, vor allem das Sonntags-Brunch-Angebot mit Late-check-out ist sehr attraktiv. Wir (drei Freundinnen im unschlagbar preiswerten 3-Bett-Zimmer) würden sofort wieder hinfahren!

“OK, Lage direkt an Hauptstraße, Parkgebühren Frechheit!”

Soweit alles OK, aber auch nichts besonderes. Recht laut, da Lage direkt an Hauptstraße. Eine einfache Frechheit sind 15 EUR für Parken! Gleich mit in Hotelpreis einrechnen, dann ist das Hotel auch nicht günstig. Auch noch mal 16.- EUR für Frühstück. Frühstück ist OK, mehr aber auch nicht. Für den Preis schon grenzwertig. Zimmer soweit OK, groß und gemütliches Bett. Würde da nicht noch mal übernachten. Insgesamt für die Leistung inkl. aller Kosten zu teuer.

A l' arrivée on a eu une chambre très bruyante. puis une chambre au dernier étage avec une chaleur étouffante et l 'impossibilité d 'ouvrir la fenêtre car on étatit en bordure d' autoroutes; c' est scandaleux pour un soi disant 4 étoiles et en fonction du prix!!!!
