The one thing I didn't like was only one chair in the room. When you are travelling as a couple you need two chairs in the room. I asked for another chair and was told they could not give me one. I will not take a room again with one chair for 2 people.

The Hotel is cleaned and updated . Bed was comfy and I like the channels on tv. What I did not like is where my room was located 4th floor, room 235. It was on the corner of the hotel where a bar was located . It was very loud at night due to cars and noise coming g from the bar an major freeway next to hotel

Comfortable clean beds clean room Updated hotel USB plug-ins if you’re traveling with medication and you need a freezer in your room for your ice packs they do not have but they’re accessible rooms are nice close to Walmart and restaurants breakfast is typical hotel breakfast

Had a crackhead follow my fiance into the hotel then approach my vehicle with me and my 6 month old daughter in it then proceeded to watch them looking into cars and trying to get in the side door of hotel as we were attempting to check in. Left for safety reasons as i didn't feel putting my family in that situation, attempted to get a refund knowing that we had booked without cancellation as we were 100% confident we were staying there until this experience happened and la Quinta refused refund allowing no exceptions even being a safety issue on their part. Goes to show that this establishment stands behind money in their pocket over safety of their guests and customer service is far from a priority for them. My family is far more important than the money they proceeded to charge but i would definitely never recommend this establishment to anyone you care for!

Very nice, clean and updated rooms. We were next to the interstate and very noisy at night. Sirens woke me up several times. Minimal breakfast choices.

We appreciate your feedback about our rooms. Most of hotels are lineup close to the highway and businesses and we understand. We have regular customers and to avoid noise from interstate they request in advance East side of building rooms facing the other hotel. After covid the corporate management are bringing back breakfast we choices to protect the guests. Sorry we couldn't do more at this time.

Stayed at a property up the road where the customer service was top notch. Although your staff here was kind and courteous, I feel like they are forcing it. It's not quite as genuine. One note is a homeless person came in to get warm on a very cold morning. Your staff allowed them to come in and sit out of the bitter cold. When the person tried to proceed towards the breakfast buffet, your staff member was very discreet and professional as she redirected the person and explained the breakfast was only allowed if you had a key card. It could have been handled so much differently. Your staff member used words that were not demoralizing at all. It was a difficult situation and she handled with ease.
