Extra Hours

Posted 12-Dec-2014
Pros: We had a nice room with plenty of space.
Location: There are several restaurants in this area. One could walk to some of them. Also there is shopping close to the hotel.
We stayed two nights. We needed extra hours to stay after check out time. Hotel was able to let us stay till 3pm.

Cons: felt the bed was a little to firm and dipped in middle. may need considered for replacement in that room.
nice hotel overall, pleasant staff, clean halls and room. comfortable chair in room vs having to sit on bed only. Breakfast gave a reasonable selection for everyone.

Staff was extremely unhelpful and didn't give us the time of day, room was outdated. The breakfast was OK but bland. Correct the staffing issue and it would have been better.

Nice hotel with good full buffet breakfast.

Pros: Good condition, very nice, and good location.
Location: Shopping is close by, and also easy access to K96 which means easy access to most of Wichita, KS.
Was convenient to family and was clean and very nice.

Nice hotel close to shopping places

Posted 10-Nov-2014
Had to ask twice for toothbrush and paste. Employee was not too informative, she was more concerned about where I was from then informing what hotel has to offer. There were pre- damages in hotel. Door was crack. Had a three bedroom suite but looked shabby due to small ceiling and worn carpet. Tv remotes didnt work in two of the rooms.

Close to the Heart Hospital

Posted 24-Oct-2014
Pros: The price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: You need a little updating. The sink in room 230 was showing a age.
We stayed a couple of nights and had 2 different rooms both rooms were pleasant but could use some updating. the breakfast was good and the staff was really nice. It is a great place to stay for a reasonable price.

Flat pillows, old beds

Posted 12-Oct-2014
Pillows, were completely flat, the beds are old and saggy, woke up at 130 with a stiff neck, went to front desk asked for another pillow, interrupted guy playing on his phone, very rudely said"sorry that's all we have" went to front the next morning and asked to speak to the manager, the lady said she would text him, called back several times and left messages for Wes, the manager, still has not returned our calls.overall the hotel is clean, plan on eating breakfast elsewhere.

Needs major updating

Posted 07-Oct-2014
We have stayed here for many years. Goes down in appearance every time. Everything is shabby and in poor repair. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain , toilet plugged up , and beds were horrible

Smoke and mirrors. Should be discounted.

fancy lobby but poor performance. Beds are old and mine was broken in the middle. Rooms not clean, sheets stained. Location is far off 35 of that's your route.
