If you just absolutely only need a place to sleep!

When we first arrived check in was just "ok, fill this out..... here is your key..' Once in our room, which was tiny, unstocked and had a very small corner shower, we realized she hadn't given us any info regarding the WiFi sign in. Called the front desk, she gave us the wrong info. Called again, no answer! Finally got answer about 30 minutes later and got the right info. Then, went to go to the pool. There was one towel in our room, ONE! Went and asked for more towels & was told 'sorry, we are short on clean linens!' So, no towels the whole stay, had to go to the Wal-Mart next block over the next morning so we could buy our own towels to shower! It was just a horribly ran hotel!!! Oh, & had bar of soap in room but nothing else..

Arrived at the hotel to check in at the listed time and was told they had no rooms cleaned yet. Was delayed for almost an hour with no where to wait other than either in the car in the heat or in the lobby that had no seating.

Staying here gave me easy access to the place i was needing to go and not only that many stores around to get what u needed or a place to eat.

Cons: Everything needs refurbished at best. I have literally stayed in hotels for half the price that were far nicer.
Location: It's Wichita there is everything you can think of to do
Just generally outdated and in disrepair. More like a camp cabin than a hotel room.

Staff paid little attention to me waiting in lobby. They spoke little English. Motel had many shady looking people hanging in courtyards and along stairways. Swimming Pool was filled with water and one lady in lobby stated it was ready to be used. However, there was no access, all gates were pad locked. No towels were provided, had to call for them. Carpets in room needed to be vacuumed.

Our A/C was not working correctly when we checked in. We notified front desk, only to wake up at 1am to a hot room. Had to move to another room at 1:30 am and wake up our two children!

I was driving my daughter home from college. The Room was not as good as expected. The shower was like a cubical with a dripping type of water pressure. The sink was new but installed wrong. The beds not comfortable

Pros: cost
Cons: soundproofing, hard surface flooring creates more noise. No toiletries and small towels was not good. No tissues either.
Noisy and thin walls, no carpet makes for more noise.
