Had a king suite and it was nice. Stayed in king suite. Decent bed and good air cond. avg bfast Wi fi was good Jist and avg place to stay but wanted current price. Coulda been cheaper

Angie needs to be promoted! She fixed a massive mistake that Margie/Maggie caused by putting my children in a smoking room when we requested NON smoking. Our reservations even said non. Angie was able to fix it and get us into a room even with a booked hotel. Staff need to be reminded to NOT change reservations "because I booked through Expedia." I would NOT have been very happy or nice if this could not have been remedied. A MILLION thanks to Angie!

The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the pool heater was out and the water was very cold. There was also a group of kids that were in the pool my entire stay (in the evening until 10 pm and all morning) and they were so loud and rambunctious that I was not comfortable letting my two young kids swim. Very unhappy with that, considering that I chose this hotel specifically for the pool.

Angie is Awesome!
I was excited to be on the first floor, until I realized there was a family above me that was fairly noisy. Angie at the front desk not only switched my room, but she upgraded me to a suite which includes fridge & microwave. I had a restful time during my stay and will absolutely return again.

Job # 1 NOT Customer Service!!
Well, there was no microwave, no refrigerator, no hot tub, no wi-fi. We had broken down 18 miles north of the hotel, we were towed in our car was picked up the next morning, we had to wait on repair shop phone calls as well as Rental car agencies. The front desk did not give me a late checkout. Had to wait in the lobby.

Convenient to 54 and the turnpike, and plenty of dining options a short drive away. Room didn't have a refrigerator.

Elevator’s inspection was outdated. Carpet on second floor was loose which made it a tripping hazard. No frig or microwave in the room.

Check in: as we were checking in a lady walked in with a dog, the gal helping us grabbed a dog treat and went to pet the dog for about 3 min. Room: clean, was as advertised however the tub wouldn’t work to stop the water, son was very sad. Pool/hot tub: pool was ice cold, hot tub was not in working order. Breakfast: was fine All in all for a last minute stop because we were exhausted it was ok. But wouldn’t go back.

Wichita Gem
Incredible staff, very, very nice room. This hotel is in a good location, is well staffed and has some of the nicest folks at the front desk. I will definitely stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh, and the cost was more than reasonable, probably the best bang for the buck in Wichita.

They stuck us way up on third floor two large dogs an three kids all under the age of 4. 1) pool was so cold we could only swim for about 15 minutes before the kids lips started turning blue. These kids have been locked in a car for several hours for two days so they need this play time. 2) one entrance policy sucked because little dogs have a tendancy react to large dogs. You walk the dog at 1 am and see how you like that one entrance policy...in your jammies. 3) if the spa is going to work at least bump up the temp of the pool.

The front desk clerk was very nice. But hotel was noisy and hard to sleep. Breakfast was COLD AND NO GRAVY OR VARIETY. Need to think about some herbal tea for those who don’t drink caffeine. Thanks.

Check in process was quick. The beds were a tad hard and the bedding too heavy. They need to provide a thinner blanket to be used rather than the extremely heavy comforter or just a sheet. The ceiling in check in area needs work. No fridge, microwave or coffee pot in the room and no USB. Furniture could certainly use some updating and the TVs are not smart TVs.
