This hotel needs help. The beds were so firm it was like laying on the floor. The room was dirty, clothes left in the dresser, dead cockroach smashed to the wall in the bathroom, and stains all over the carpets. The second floor, where we stayed, smelled of smoke everywhere.

Staid there the second time without second thought. Very well kept hotel, parking available even at late arrival with trailer. Clean, huge refrigerators, microwave, kitchen! Comfortable mattress, attentive and friendly staff, very convenient location. I would have liked little more breakfast options but for the price I cannot complain. Will stay there again.

Kitchen supplies not available.
The staff was extremely helpful and nice. My only concern was that there was NOTHING in the kitchen to use. No pots or pans, no silverware, no plates, no hotpads, no toaster, coffeemaker, or appliances, etc. It was completely empty accept for one small hand towel. I brought food that I could not prepare because there was nothing to warm it in or eat it on. Typically, kitchens come furnished, even if modestly. So I was lost as I did not want to go buy items I had at home. It is not reasonable to be expected to travel with kitchen supplies. When I asked about this, they said it had been there originally but was all stolen and they could not keep replacing the items. Maybe they could have a refundable charge and then the room checked upon checkout. But I don't know if they have staff for that either. Maybe items could be checked out at the desk. This is an issue, but other hotels do have items in the kitchen. Shame on the guests for stealing it!

It was comfortable for the most part. The couch bed was gross but at least kind of comfortable. It is a place that people stay for long periods of time so sid not know what to expect. Kitchen is tivht but it does have a full kitchen which is nice. Overall farely good place to stay and a good price

Had some issues checking in. Got approval for 19 year old from Corporate while making the reservation. However when at the hotel, they questioned it. But after talking to a manager they did fix the issue right away. Other than that snaffu, the facility was nice and I would recommend.
