Wouldn't stay here again

The furniture had big rips in them. Had a hard time checking in. Had to call the main office to get them to wake up someone at the Hotel. They had a hard time finding my reservation, Would never stay in this hotel again. Never no matter the price. The morning staff were helpful and nice. That was the only good thing about this hotel .location was in a good area. This review will never make it on Expedia .

Good location- Great Room set-up!

Travel 40+ weeks yearly for work. I enjoy set-Up of Extended Stay. It's nice to have full size kitchen! Nice work area & island to eat at as well. This hotel's mattress is a memory foam & VERY comfortable! Nice size closet to hold lots of clothes, smoking room with window that opens half way to air room out. It was a GREAT Hotel Stay! At a great rate under $60, can't beat that!!

Very close to the freeway, and relatives.

Pros: Close to freeway, very clean, friendly staff.
Cons: The breakfast consisted of apples, oranges, granola bars and packaged muffins and coffee. I would call this a breakfast snack instead.
Location: We only stayed their 2 nights, and our purpose was to visit our relatives. Close to freeway, but off a frontage road, so it was fairly quiet.
I have stayed in "Extended Stay hotels before in another state. So I was surprised when I first got to the hotel room and opened the cupboards in the kitchen that they were all empty! My husband went down to the office to find out why. He came back with a container of kitchen dishes, and was told that the "Extended Stay" hotels usually deliver the dishes to you, and then come get them in the same plastic container when you depart. He was told that it is "more sanitary that way". I just wish they had explained this to us when we first checked in, and also about the breakfast without us having to go back down to the office to find this out. Otherwise, the office clerk was very nice, gave us good directions on the phone when "mapquest" failed us to the hotel. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. I would definitely stay there again.

Extened Stay in East Wichita- Nicer than reviews

We had a blower motor go out in our central air unit and needed an inexpensive place to stay overnight while waiting on the repair. The property is very nice on the outside and clean on the inside. The staff is very nice and assisted us promptly with any requests. The free Wi-fi and breakfast was an added bonus for the price. I would definately recommend this property.

Questionable clientelle

Staff polite, room clean but run down, and hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Other clientelle questionable.Thought it would be business type. Looked more like drug dealers and meth cookers and undocumented workers. Wont go back.

Not that great as advertised

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: the workers need re-training and seems not to be motivated, maybe give them good raise.
Location: cool
If you need a place just to stay overnight it's ok, but not for a long stay. We could hear steps on the floor above us. They never cared to come change the towels, we stayed there for 4 days. They also charge $100 for security deposit at check-in but release the deposit when you check out, if there is no damage.
