The bed was very uncomfortable and there were no glasses to drink out of and no ice machine.

Thank you for the feedback about your stay at our hotel. I was disheartened to read that you did not find our new mattresses to be comfortable, please accept our apologies. We do not have an ice machine, however our rooms have a full size refrigerator with freezer and ice trays are provided. Additionally, we no longer keep dishware in guest rooms; however, these items are available at the front desk. I apologize if this was not explained to your upon check-in. Thank you for the feedback about your stay at our hotel. We would love to have another chance to provide you with a better experience the next time you're in town.

Little outdated but I would stay there again

Hotel is outdated but for an overnight stay, it's not bad at all. Must be one of the earlier ones built.

Studio room

Pros: Staff, location
Cons: Please clean ac/heat unit or at least change filter, use some perfume to kill that smell in worst case. I were almost vomit when the unit started.
Location: Good location, near 54-400 highway, closed to store, mall, gym.
pretty good condition for cheap price, studio room with one bed, microwave, fridge, kitchen, only thing really bother me is ac/heat unit was really SMELL and filter look nasty, I wonder how long it hasn't been clean. I had to open the door to let cold air in , that even better.

MY EXTENDED STAY

My stay was a 2 day layover during a delivery in which I enjoyed a relaxed Saturday evening and a great football Sunday. My guest service representative,Chalise, was very nice and helpful in all aspects.Unfortunately,I only got to see her for the evening I checked in. The other g.s.r's were nice also,but Chalise was my fav. If ever I have another layover in Wichita, extended stay is my spot.

Good for a long term stay

We actually checked in using a outside safe since we arrived at 10pm, the room was huge and had plenty o space if ur looking for a long term spot. We were only there as a pit stop on our way home, we were looking for wifi and free breakfast. The room was clean with the exception of the floor, the carpets were stained and the there was a pile of coco cereal on the floor between the beds. The beds were comfortable, we didnt use the kitchen or the showers since we wanted to get back on the road. The breakfast was a grab and go meaning granola bars, oatmeal cups and coffee which was not what we were looking for with 3 kids so we went down the street for breakfast. For us it was ok and a fast stop, for someone needing longer term stay for business it would b perfect!

Wouldn't stay here again

The furniture had big rips in them. Had a hard time checking in. Had to call the main office to get them to wake up someone at the Hotel. They had a hard time finding my reservation, Would never stay in this hotel again. Never no matter the price. The morning staff were helpful and nice. That was the only good thing about this hotel .location was in a good area. This review will never make it on Expedia .

Good location- Great Room set-up!

Travel 40+ weeks yearly for work. I enjoy set-Up of Extended Stay. It's nice to have full size kitchen! Nice work area & island to eat at as well. This hotel's mattress is a memory foam & VERY comfortable! Nice size closet to hold lots of clothes, smoking room with window that opens half way to air room out. It was a GREAT Hotel Stay! At a great rate under $60, can't beat that!!
