A pleasant surprise and very great stay!

I was hesitant to book with an off-name but decided because of the high ratings. I would say that I was pleasantly surprise by the cleanliness, comfort, space, and affordability. I can definitely see now why they have been highly rated! Don't be apprehensive, this place is well worth the stay!!!

Pros: Very nice, helpful staff. The place feels more like a tightly-knit apartment complex, which was very welcoming.
Cons: We were curious if there was a breakfast included with our stay, but didn't find any information on whether or not there was.
Location: Wichita has quite a bit to offer, but visitors might wanna bring a GPS along. The people are nice, but the streets can be a bit confusing.
Expected a bedroom-with-a-bathroom setting, but ended up walking into what seemed a cozy apartment. We couldn't get the heater to work, but the bed sheets were comfortable enough to keep the cold out. The room was very clean, and unlike other places, the pre-stocked beverages in the fridge were complimentary.

Clean room, nicely furnished. We had a small issue with the room furnace. The staff came up immediately and fixed it--it was a minor problem and quickly fixed. Thank you for a great stay!

Our experience with the hotel was very positive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well furnished. Our only complaint was the TV was small and not easily moved to be viewed from all areas of the suite.

Bait and switch

Good ratings, good rate for king room. Made reservation, paid through Expedia. Arrive to check in at 7:05PM - no room. "You must re-confirm before 4:00pm or we have the right to release the room." They sent us to another hotel of lower quality. Bogus! Policy and practice not exposed on Expedia. Don't get caught.

Location: Hansa center clinic which was the focus of our trip is next to hotel Best clinic for any or unknown illness which We recommend

Nice Quiet Hotel.

Pros: The room felt like a small apartment and was very inviting. It was also in a quiet location which was nice.
This was just a pass through experience as we were on the road to a different destination. However, if I get back to Wichita I will most certainly stay in this hotel. The room was absolutely lovely. Separate sitting area and kitchen as well. It was also very close to several good dining choices.

We enjoyed our 3 days and were pleased with the location.Very little noise and felt secure. Great value.Seperate bedroom,living Area and full kitchen.

Location: NOT ONE RESTAURANT ANYWHERE
I asked for a smoking room. Expedia called them, was told they had 1 smoking room. I took it. When we got there, they don't even have smoking rooms!! We were not told that till we got to the room and came back to the check in desk. We canceled the stay, and was told we would not be charged. Guess What? We were and they will not correct the error. So they will say anything to get you to book with them, and then they won't live up to their side of the deal!!
