Facility was clean, but needs to be updated. Easy access from highway and easy to get most anywhere in Wichita from hotel.

They made me super happy and the water pressure in the shower is strong, Vegas hotels could take a lesson from this place.

We stayed 3 nights - 2 rooms. The room was clean & kept up but always had to ask for towel replacements. We were told we were down for a shuttle at 4:30 a.m. & we were not, It worked out as we made the flight in time, but got a little worried.. We had the pool all to ourselves which was great. Weeds need to be pulled & outside needs work because of being old but all & all it was very pleasant! We would stay again.

Cons: check out time!
Location: The airport shopping malls with food courts and various other restaurants near or within the shuttle service area.
My stay was short, didn't spend a lot of time in the room but, the time I did spend there was very comfortable.

Pros: The lady running the breakfast room was very pleasant.
Cons: the customer service was not good at all the employees working did a good job but they need more staff to handle the amount of clients they have.
we arrived very late 11:45 pm, there were several quests waiting to check in, there was one attendant to handle every thing going on at the hotel, he spent more time on the phone doing reservations for future stays then helping check people in we got to our rooms at about 1:45 am when we did the A/C did not work in one room the smoke alarm was beeping in one of the other rooms, the alarm was repaired at about 2:30 am by the same attendant that was running the front desk by himself poor guy he was very calm and did what he could. We stranded and needed 3 rooms if not for that we would have requested a refund and left.

A friendly, comfortable place to end our day after

Pros: Location, comfort, economy
Cons: More, and more convenient outlets in room. (see above re outlets)
Location: I don't know -- we came to sleep and move on.
We enjoyed the comfort, the breakfast, the staff, and the convenience of this facility, especially after driving all day. The breakfast opened early enough for us to partake before we departed for another long day. The breakfast staff was especially chipper and helpful! Why would the housekeeping staff place the coffee maker nowhere even near a plug? And the closet plug was actually a sketchy extension cord without a ground (3rd prong) plug.
