I come to Wichita every year for a conference and it was the nicest hotel I have stay at by far. Within walking distance to convention center. My 4 door dually would not fit in the parking garage and the staff was great about finding me a parking spot that was easy to get my truck in and out of.

Senina breakfast excellent. Room safe was not working. The refrig should be bigger to have larger togo items. No microwave like other hotels.

This was my first time in Wichita. The staff and service here is excellent. I travel often and the level of customer service I received is top tier. The area is walkable. The Dockum is such a great bar!

The only thing I didn't care for was the elevators took a long time to get to you. That's it! Hospitality was wonderful. Location was centralized to Downtown, so easy walks to any dining or entertainment. Room service was immaculate. Will return again.

Our stay was wonderful. Only a few hiccups; check in took forever, no clear direction on where to park, our thermostat didn’t work so it was 64 in our suite when we woke up, and the shower head was horrible. Aside from those things, the staff was amazing and attentive and the bath and bed were definitely the best parts.

We checked in, left for 3 hours. Come back and our door to the room was open. I had my personal belongings in there. The towels were dirty. The lobby smelled so bad. So so expensive. And my husband and I were very disappointed. Charles is a great chofer and needs a raise!

Great stay for three-day business trip. The days were full and long. Having the Siena Restaurant on the first floor was convenient and really good. Will definitely stay here again.

Horrible Bed! Even Worse Noise
I stayed there for two nights. The food and all service aspects were above and beyond great. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was the worst bef I have ever slept on. And the all hours traffic noise was insane. I was on the fourth floor. It sounded like I was at the gatden level of a 1 star in NyC. You would think they would have better noise reduction in place.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room amenities were plentiful and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant before going to a concert. The service was superb and the food was delicious. My steak was cooked to medium rare perfection and we had a nice wine list. After the concert, we came back to the hotel Speak Easy Bar in the basement and had a great time. The drinks were strong, service was great, and the entertainment was really good.

We stayed for my husband and I’s anniversary. It was a cold/rainy weekend and we never had to leave! We enjoyed a very delicious supper, had fun downstairs at the speakeasy, ordered dessert to our room, and called in breakfast in bed the next morning. Very comfortable room with anything we needed!!

The faucet at the bathroom sink had minimal pressure and the HOT water was non existent. The restaurant had few mid priced options. We order a couple of the pasta items which were not good. Only good item was the wedge salad. Breakfast to the room was on time and delicious especially the avocado toast with poached egg. We have stayed here several times but we are done. We cancelled our reservation for our return to Colorado.

The cleanliness, service level, and locale set this historic gem apart from other downtown Wichita hotels. The room was immensely spacious and comfortable with a great bed. The nicest hotel I have stayed in yet post Covid.
