“highly overrated”

Place is outdated and in need of a good makeover, you notice when walking around the resort. Pool is well maintained, though. Only a couple of activities are available for guests at no price such as steam room and sauna. The beach/ swimming pool area doesn't offer any sort of entertainment..Lunch was only offered by the bar pool but menu is basic..restaurants for dinner offer good food but watch out for price discrepancies. Room is spacious but outdated, no internet and an old tv. When bill came on last day i got charged for boat transfer on my arrival.. i was not even aware of that! Web site did not mention that transfer was not included and that really left a bitter taste in my mouth..i thought that the whole point of booking a package is for peace of mind!

“Excellent resort for our honeymoon, we had a fantastic time. very friendly staff also.”

No problems at all with the Resort and Hotel, every thing was 5 star. Our Honeymoon was one to remember for two reasons; as stated below in the Expeda reveiw

The Panoramic seaplane tour is a must, a little expensive but almost worth it if you can stay at whitehaven beach for longer than one hour. It was a little rushed because of this!
